We are also just a mile from the Shining Sea Bikeway. Relax and enjoy your vacation in the large backyard with a fire pit, gas grill, hammock, plenty of tables and seating and a large outdoor shower. Lots of great amenities include: Central AC, dishwasher, washer/dryer, beach towels, bath towels, linens, beach chairs, beach toys, and backyard games. Explore one of the Cape’s most popular Buzzards Bay beaches known for spectacular views, powdery sand, and warm water. Divided into two sections by a rock jetty, Old Silver Beach offers plenty of parking, bathhouses, and snack shacks on both sides. Old Silver’s clear, shallow waters make it easy for kids of all ages to enjoy the water. Plan for an epic sunset at this west-facing location to cap off your day! Our home is close to the Shining Seas bikeway, West Falmouth Market (delicious sandwiches, pizza slices, baked goods and coffee), Ice cream shop, art gallery and library. The house is newly updated with room for everyone to have their own space.

Cozy house with a big backyard. Enough bedrooms for everyone in my family. The bathrooms, though small, were nicely updated.The kitchen was well equipped. Easy check-in.Close to the beach - very walkable!

Old Silver Beach Gem

I don't usually consider renting a house that doesn't have at least a few reviews. However, this house caught my attention because it is within walking distance of Old Silver Beach, one of my favorite beaches, and I thought it looked really nice even though there were no reviews.  The host was in touch soon after I rented and I was reassured when I heard her family had bought the house a year ago and spent some time fixing it up.  It is a lovely Cape house and our host left all kinds of special touches...I thought I was in a hotel!  There was coffee and half and half when we arrived and some sweets to go with the coffee.  There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both baths and in the outdoor shower which was fabulous by the way.  Plenty of games to play in the huge backyard and lots of space to kick back and enjoy the yard too.  Then there is Old Silver Beach, a 10 minute walk to warm waters and the best sunsets.   A couple of streets up and around the corner in the other direction will lead you to a trail thru the woods to the Shining Sea Bikeway.  My family and I loved this cozy and comfortable house near the beach and will definitely be back.
