A nice little house and a great location.

This is a very comfortable three bedroom house, well taken care of and easy to maintain for a renter. The owner is very cooperative and the location is superb if you want to be in Falmouth and in a quiet neighborhood right near the beach and the harbor. we would definitely stay there again!

We stayed at this property for the 2023 Cape Cod Marathon weekend. The house was immaculate and Bob was very responsive and accommodating. I was here with my family—two small kids, partner, and mother-in-law, for a week of work+vacation and this home was fantastic! Great Spot on Falmouth

Stayed for a week. Loved the accommodations: nice kitchen, modern appliances and plenty of room. Bedrooms accommodated our whole group. Nice quiet neighborhood. Outside was really pleasant and secluded. Great for grilling and chilling after a beach day. We could easily walk to the beach each day as well as to the main street in Falmouth.
