We checked in, went to our room only to find that the room had not been cleaned

The overall experience was good. The rooms were clean, with the exception of ants. There were some ants on the remote near the television. I would suggest they inspect a little more closely.

This is an excellent choice for the class of hotel. Located in proximity of San Fran, Outlets at Vacaville(Gucci), and Livermore(Saks, Prada) makes this a wonderful hotel for the family.

This hotel is very nice. It was recently updated and the entire hotel always smelled clean. The staff were very helpful. The continental breakfast was very good each day and varied each day, which is a plus. Room service was prompt and came every day to restock and clean. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Very enjoyable stay. Clean, quiet, modern. Covered parking was a plus. Would stay there again. Staff friendly?

Overall this visit was very good. The breakfast was great. Good selection. Very nice dining area. Close to some restaurants, grocery stores and fast food. Only drawback was "no pool or hot tub," Ten Minutes from 6 flags.

The hotel was nice, high ceilings, large room, crown molding in the room. Just a pleasant atmosphere once inside the room. But, I will say, the lobby/reservations parking was a bit odd. You have to pull up off the street, into a one way little parking lot with about 6 stalls in it, and there really is no room to turn around. I had to pull-in, and back out into the street. The view from our room was of some old run down houses and the sign of a liquor store. But that aside, close the curtains, and enjoy the room. It does place you close to some of the historic attractions of Benicia. As for being close to San Francisco, well, it's a bit of a journey from the hotel, especially once you hit rush hour traffic. But out of all the hotels we stayed in during our trip out to California, this was the hotel we wanted to reserve more nights, but sadly weren't able to. And we stayed in Sacramento, Larkspur, and Richmond. The Larkspur hotel was a $211 a night room, and I'd rather stay at this Benicia hotel.

The desk clerk provided information and assistance several times in a courteous, friendly manner.

THE ROOMS WERE SPACIOUS AND VERY CLEAN. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
