Dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in. They had left the window open to try and air out a horrible smell. I had to leave it open just to sleep. It's right next to a busy freeway that was ridiculously loud. I got in late so just tried to deal with it figuring they would at least clean it in the morning. Nope. No house keeping at all the next day. Lesson learned. Never again!

Service and check in were great. Room was clean, checked all the boxes. Parking lot is well lit and didn’t worry about anything. Only thing that would keep from 5 stars is bath and shower needed a little touch up. But excellent for the money and would stay here again.

Lots of casual dining options in the immediate area. CVS across the street. Very quiet. Has a pool. Centrally located for where we wanted to go. Doors to rooms in interior hall, elevators. We will return next year

The restroom was not cleaned and had blood in the bottom of the toilet seat. They don’t have maids to clean or take trash out everyday. Asked the front desk and I had to take my own trash out. I paid a room to take my own trash out is crazy.

Rooms clean and modern ,well kept . Horrible breakfast . Cheerios ,fruitloops,apples and waffle mix that was extremely salty . Not eatable . No toast ,bread ,jam or anything.

The property was very clean from the exterior to the rooms. There were plenty of major department stores and restaurants in the area and it is close to Six Flags. The only reason I didn’t give it an excellent is because the continental breakfast was a little lacking being in California you would expect some fresh fruit. An elderly gentleman was trying to ask the lady restocking if they had eggs and she blatantly ignored and then did the whole I don’t speak English ordeal when he wouldn’t stop asking.

Why havent i received my 100$ deposit twice
