The location was ideal. I was given a room that wreaked of a wet dog the entire stay and still had food debris from the last guest. I notified the front desk and she came to vacuum immediately but didn't take care of the smell untill the night before my check out. I will not be staying here again. Upon checking in, she never even asked if I had a pet.

Make sure you sign up for your rewards before you check in. I stayed there for a week and didn't get any reward points because I wasn't told about the program when I checked in.

Rooms are very comfortable. We really enjoyed being in the hot tub. The location of the hotel is good

We did not like our stay here at all. First, the hotel was being painted so that was slightly annoying but not a huge deal. But it gets worse. The entire hotel smelled bad. I mean really bad. The hallway on our floor smelled like cigarettes as soon as we stepped off the elevator. Kinda like when you walk into a casino or something. When we walked into our room it smelled like air freshener, not bad. But then when we returned a little later it smelled like someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes in there. When we got home our clothes still smelled like it. Another problem we had was that it didnt feel safe. There was questionable looking activity going on in the parking lot. People just standing around, smoking, talking loudly. It just felt weird. The front office staff was okay, not super friendly though. We wouldnt stay here again.

Very pleased with the service and cleanliness of the room. Since we arrive we felt welcome. Breakfast was great. The only thing that was not working was the elevator so we used the stairs.

Hotel is very convenient and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would stay anytime I am in Martinez.

We stayed 3 night at this hotel. They have a nice breakfast buffet. Our room has a kitchen, I didn’t expected that. Room was big. Clean ness was ok.

Over all the hotel and room were nice and clean. Breakfast was good with something for everyone. Hotel staff was rude and not very friendly overall

Hotel was ok for the price it is older but some what up dated . Unfortunately I was charged for two rooms instead of just one . When I booked them online I reserved two when I showed up to the hotel to check in I told front desk one from was reserved for my mother inlaw and she would be paying for it her self they told me not a problem . We checked in together they charged my card and then charged my mother in laws card but charged me for both so they got paid for three rooms And have not corrected it .

The stay was nice The women at the front desk was very nice and helpful

Sheets were not changed, washed after previous uses.

Air conditioner was not working too great but great room, bed, t.v., staff and fabulous breakfast!

Staff not knowledgeable about surrounding area nor were they very friendly. Bed to soft for my comfort. Room was neat and cleanliness was fine but the over all feeling of the motel was that it was a bit worn.

Hotel charged me full price for the stay even though I had prepaid through Orbitz. Registration staff was apathetic at best. Hotel provides breakfast which we tried, but it was LOUSY!
