"All staff was great except the person who would not send the shuttle to Churchill Downs for me after the last race of the day because she said there had been prank calls and they were not sending the shuttle to the track. I gave her my name and room number. I was not a prank caller. Still no shuttle service. Had to call an Uber which did not work out. Then called Lyft. I was in the rain for over 30 minutes before I got to the hotel. This was irritating as you can imagine. Coffee machine in room did not work. I reported it on checkout, as well as moisture on the carpet by the window. It was a first-floor room. I think it was leakage due to the rain. Housekeeping I give a B. There was a tag on the floor by my door the whole time I was there. Vacuuming needs to be done better by the edges of the carpet. Food I give a C. Staff at restaurant an A. Overall, the location of the hotel is superb as close to the airport and Churchill Downs. Hence four stars. I would stay there again."
