The sink was backed up and the sink water never got warm, the shower took too long to get hot. The place to walk the dog was out of poo bags and there was dog feces everywhere. The room was generally clean otherwise. There was a two car shootout in the parking lot Thanksgiving morning. There appears to be drug deals and hooking going on all day every day. On a positive note, the staff was kind, helpful, and friendly.
As a warning, they want a $100 cash deposit for the rooms - this was not advertised to us until we got there. There are no amenities beyond small bars of soap. No towels, unless you ask for them. No shampoo or conditioner even if you ask for them. Cockroaches were found in the room. Many doors didn't even have numbers on them. We made sure to never be alone when going outside, always stayed in pairs. You do NOT want to stay here. It isn't at all like it is advertised!
Upon arrive was told a $100 cash deposit was required per room. I had booked 5 rooms therefore had to pay $500 cash deposit. Luckily I had the cash on me but REALLY!? Rooms were dirty and a number of unsavory characters hanging around. Desk clerk on check in was friendly but the one at check out was definately the opposite.
I've stayed at several other Motel 6 and this is the first one that lived up to the stereotypes. There were broken stairs on the way up to the second floor; the room was dirty and had damage to the trim, floor, and doors; the microwave and fridge had pieces broken off; the beds had no top sheets, just a fitted sheet and then a blanket, and a sheet on top of that instead of a real bedspread; there were people panhandling in the parking lot itself; other customers were shouting and playing loud music at all hours. Also, they don't tell you until you check in that they require a $100 cash deposit; no exceptions, not allowed to put the deposit on the card you check in with.There were other things that were just inconvenient, like no pet waste stations and no coffee. My stay here was an accident; Orbitz glitched when I booked and I was reserved at this location instead of the Everett South location where I usually stay. I was also put in a 2-queen room instead of the 1-queen room that I booked. When I checked in and saw the state of this property, I called Orbitz to move me to the correct location, and they refused, but they called the hotel to ask about a refund for me due to the conditions. The hotel ended up crediting me one night's stay, but they wouldn't credit me for the whole reservation because I had to stay the whole 3 days I booked since Orbitz wouldn't correct their error. 0/10, do not recommend.

Front desk individual was very pleasant and helpful. It is in need of some TLC but otherwise a comfortable stay.
Old outdated facility, bed linen had holes in it, and heating system operated poorly.
It was ok because it was close to the stores and it was walking distians to alot of places
We arrived early for check in after a red-eye flight and no sleep. The gentleman at the front desk was able to accommodate us by changing our room . Excellent customer service.
No hot water. Stains on comforter. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Late check out was only 30min later than checkout time
