The whole experience felt unsafe and the staff couldn't care less. Initially my room was on the ground floor and there was a very high man swaying and bending in front of my door and wasn't moving. I went back to front desk and told them I needed a new room and they didn't care about the man or act like that was weird. When I got to my second room, some other random guy was just knocking on people's doors, trying to kick them in, people were screaming at him and again no one on staff seemed to care. I arrived at night, alone, with all this happening and the staff didn't even help point me to where my room was located so I wandered, scared by this yelling and kicking guy and the drug addicts just trying to find my door. Upon entering my room the TV was broken, the bed was garbage and it smelled pretty bad. I just gave up at that point. Scariest and grossest stay I've ever had. I guess I got what I paid for. If you have an extra $20, it's worth it to stay anywhere else

Property was welcoming to any and all pets (dogs mostly) only thing I noticed was the house keeper needs to learn how to properly make a bed...no sheet under the blankets and no comforter or bedspread on the bed

The area is fine, and the woman at the front desk was super nice, but this place is truly awful. We tried two different rooms and they both smelled like pee. The sheets were stained. The beds were terrible. We booked another hotel instead even though we’d have to pay for both places since it was too late to cancel. If you can afford a slightly higher price point then I highly advise you take that route instead.

Do NOT stay here!!!! Open used soap next to sink had curly hairs stuck to it and the hairs were in the sink and toilet. Toilet had maybe a week or month of dark pee dried from top of toilet bowl to floor. Toilet seat had dark residue on it. GROSSEST ever! Manager didn’t do anything when I asked him to make it right.

They offered a double bed ( with 2 beds picture) after to offer a queen ( with 1 bed pic) and u have to be careful about the pictures when I arrive to the hotel we find out only 1 full bed and Orbitz doesnt care if they offered the rooms like that.
