The room was nice and very clean. Friendly staffand very helpful! The only negative was the two nights of little sleep due to the very loud family with children above me. So frustrating!!!

Really liked how the hotel was off the road behind a business so there was no traffic noise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was no daily housekeeping unless you request it and I like that.

Overall, for the price we paid, it was very good value. However, we checked in late (after 11pm) and the woman 'working' at the front desk wouldn't help us because she was flustered by the customer prior to us, meaning she would already have to work 30 minutes overtime. I understand she was frustrated by the customer before us, however, she didn't want to help us, and we had to wait about 10-15 minutes for the other employee to come down to the front just to check us in. I didn't think this was acceptable... she should have just helped get us settled in. Other than this, everything was pretty good.

This place was perfect for work and price was excellent!

The place was very clean and comfortable. Big room. Nice kitchen & bathroom. We loved the on-site laundry too. :) Drawbacks: You have to pick your kitchen items (it doesn't come with anything) but there was no extra fee that I am aware of. Also, to have housekeeping come more than a couple times a week - there is an extra fee, but we didn't mind this - because we didn't want housekeeping daily and we loved that it saved water/soap etc for the environment. :) The staff was friendly and very helpful as well. "continental breakfast" was pretty sparse. I'd vote for a juice machine and a couple more hot tea choices, better fruit and just a little bit more overall selection. We still appreciated everything and also loved the outdoor patio area. We ate at a Mexican Restaurant within easy easy walking distance: El Paraiso - wonderful food, great prices. AND we walked around the lake just across the street as well!

I booked this hotel for our overnight stay in seattle during a shopping spree and I found it very comfortable convenient, close to shopping places and staff was extremely helpful to top it up with.

Good sized room clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. like I said nothing to complain about.

Extended stay america deluxe in Everett on 112th is (in my option) one of the better places to stay at in Everett. Actually, it is the only place I will comfortably stay at when I go back to Everett. Its not that it is exceptionally nice or appealing to the eye, what appeals to me most is the extras that they have for your needs. Such as a full stocked kitchen with pots and pans and the such. I absolutely hate it when I am staying in a hotel and bring food back and it either a.) I realize that i cannot even eat it because i do not have a bowl or utensils or the sort (you get it). Either I have to go out and buy cups, plates or whatnot or stay at an extended stay :) What else I like about this place is the size of rooms that they give you. They are so spacious and definitely not cramped. I honestly prefer this hotel over many 4 star hotels. I will stay here again. Not to mention there is a VERY sweet blonde lady who made me feel welcome and as though she enjoyed having the guests there. She was so bubbly and welcoming and that makes ALL the difference. Also they are remodeling. Cant wait to see it updated!

Its a cheap deal but be aware u get what you pay. The room has everything you will need but then I didn't try to use any of them as they are all kind of dirty. Toilet is not very clean and the sofa is quite dirty. If cleanliness isn't very important to you then it is a pretty good deal. If being clean is extremely important to you then I would not recommend this hotel.

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. When we got to our room the microwave was still dirty. The fridge hadn't been cleaned out from the last guess. There was food on the floor and the cupboards. There was still food in the cupboards from the last guest. The clock didn't work. There was hair all over the bathroom floor, sink, bathroom counters and in the shower. The dvd player quit working and we couldn't get our movie out. The staff was rude and didn't seem to care about cleaning our room as we asked several times and we were told that they would let the maids know. When we mentioned it again on the 2nd day of our stay all they said was that the maids did clean the room and they hadn't. When we checked out we told them about our movie stuck in the dvd player and all she said was maintenance would look at it when they get back and if they could get it out they would mail it to us. The staff never apologized for our dirty room and didn't try to get it taken care of. On the website it stated that there was an indoor pool and this hotel didn't have a pool at all. This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We will never stay there again and will make sure all our family and friends know not to stay there.

When we got to the hotel the receptionist was very friendly. That is about the end of anything good. When we got up to our room. The garbage cans were over flowing when I called te front desk to have someone come take care of it, I was told to take it out myself! Disgusting. Who knows what people put in their trashes. The bed was uncomfortable and scratchy. We were put in a smoking room, we wanted non smoking. They couldn't fix this for us. When we checked out they were pretty rude. They just grabbed our keys and called for the next customer. Seriously they didn't even say thanks or have a good day. I will never stay here again. Our experience was for sure not worth 120 dollars a night. Don't waste your money!

stayed here for just one night after being screwed over by the woefully mismanaged Holiday Inn nearby. Price was fair, room was clean and comfortable despite being on the smoking floor (all that was left)

Horrible location with lots of construction going on right outside the hotel, impossible to get in/out. If we knew we had to pay EXTRA for housekeeping, we definitely would not have stayed here, they have set the new low standard for service. Horrible, will NEVER stay here again.

The hotel was good and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is close to the Express Bus to Seattle, so you can be downtown in about 30 minutes. There is a Safeway within walking distance (~3 blocks) and a park and lake half a block away. An economical alternative to the downtown hotels.

A comfortable room, though a bit dated. Clean, a good value.

The room was spacious and clean and the kitchenette was handy as was the shared laundry downstairs. The WiFi reception was very good and there was plenty of onsite parking. If you are visiting Seattle it is probably a bit far out but overall a nice place and good value.

Clean room and friendly staff. Room had a big kitchen area and fridge. Breakfast was a "grab and go" style with fruit, muffins, oatmeal, cereal bars and coffee. The bed wasn't the most comfortable for me.

Park across the street was nice. Roomy for the price.

Excellent accommodations. The facilities and staff were wonderful. Would recommend and return to this hotel again in the future.

I stayed here while in the area for lake Stevens Ironman.  It was awesome having a kitchen in the room.  Flat screen tv and couch were also a great addition to the room.  Only problem I had was wifi would disable every now and then.  Not a big deal.
