The room was spotless. It had to everything you need. The staff was so very kind. Very courteous. The Breakfast had Alot of options and free refills on coffee. I will most definitely go back. I was very pleased and reasonably priced.

Had some trash from previous room tenants but otherwise room was clean. Very nice outdoor area on upper floor. Staff were nice and helpful when tv didn’t want to work they fixed it quickly.

The room and proprietors were great but at 2am another set of guests caused loud disruptions until 6a. Attempted to call guest services twice with no answer, and when I told the owner the next morning they offered nothing but an apology. I feel they could have offered to take some off the bill, especially since we weren't the only ones complaining. Other then that I would recommend this hotel and would possibly stay again.

The room had a strong musky smell. While there was great hot water and what looked like a newer tub insert, the shower head was so nasty we didn’t want to use it. There was a giant hole in the back of the bathroom door, that was covered with a clear plastic like you’d use to display an advertisement on a bathroom stall. The air unit only partially worked while turned to heat. The bedding and towels were washed in some sort of heavily scented detergent that broke both me and my husband out, and were not typically sensitive to stuff like that! The biggest issue was that the entire side of the ceiling going into the bathroom had water damage and visible black mold!!! The staff was pleasant and coffee this morning was hot with a few selections like fruit, granola bars, yogurt. You can see they’re trying to make some aesthetic updates but overall it wasn’t anything I was expecting compared to the pictures before booking.

Friendly service, but inconsistent lobby hours

The lobby never once opened on time during my stay so don’t depend on the morning coffee or breakfast if you have to be somewhere at a certain time. TV didn’t work my first night and WiFi didn’t work half of the time. I will say, the people that worked the desk were very friendly and the rooms were clean.

It was the greatest experience that we've had in eureka springs so far! We stay there a few times a year ! Best hotel so far ,! The owner Lou and her husband are the nicest people you'll ever meet they made us feel like family! It was very clean and the pool was great! They are coming to AZ to see us at Christmas! Not only did we have a great stay we made some new friends ! Highly recommend staying there !
