They put us in a handicap room. Only a shower. Had to be a contortionist to take a shower. Payed alot for a crappy room. Restaurant in motel was exellent !

Some renovation was going on, so we weren't able to go out on the balcony. and there was a smoke smell in our room when we checked in. However we were brought some febreze right away and is seemed to clear up the smell. Overall the hotel was fine, it was clean enough, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Mattress is a too firm for me. I prefer a softer mattress

Hotel was spacious, clean, quiet and friendly. Has pool, spa, tennis court, basketball court, pool tables, ping pong table, miniature golf and some arcade games too-something for everything with ample parking too.

Excellent pool, good restorant on premises, friendly staff

Found hotel by pulling into Myrtie Mae's restaurant, which is within the hotel. With -4 degree weather in the a.m., it was great to have good food. Room was more than just a room and was clean with great services.

Convenient for visit to the area, eating and shopping destinations. Jaccuzzi suite was a large room with very comfortable bed.

We loved all the amenities. Kids had a lot of fun in the big pool along with getting to play miniature golf. The beds were comfy. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return for another visit!

The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was clean and and hotel was close to downtown and many other Eureka Springs attractions.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. I would say our room was average. You could tell that some updates had been made but the bathroom was extremely small and not all parts of the room were updated.

I was surprised that this older motel in this small town was as updated and as nice as it was. I would stay here again.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. This is an older hotel, as most properties are in Eureka, but would highly recommend for great location, reasonable price, and comfortable stay. Good amenities including outdoor pool and pavilion and motorcycle parking garages.

Floor needed sweeping, but rest of the room was clean. Workers very nice. Motorcycle cages available.

Very pleasant experience. The restaurant food was phenomenal.

Neither me or my sister had been to eureka springs. Your hotel was recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We had a very nice stay and would recommend to this hotel to our friends.

Everything in the area is older hotels. So with that being said, I found this hotel comfortable and clean. The kids loved the pool. One of the larger pools for the area as well and they did a movie every evening for the little ones while they played in pool.

There's a very good family style restaurant on site with great food and friendly staff. Loved our stay. Will always stay here when in Eureka Springs.

Almost 15 minute wait after being seated before server showed up. Server forgot to bring condiments to table with entrée - also forgot to bring bread. Another 5-10 minute wait for these things to show up even after reminding her. Drinks were not refilled and server didn't check on us until our plates were empty when she brought us the bill. My wife wanted dessert (piece of pie) so server begrudgingly picked up the bill and went to get the piece of pie. After 10 minutes I flagged her down to inquire about the pie. After another 5+ minutes another server brought the pie. Eventually, a busboy came along and gave us the bill while the 2 servers watched from across the room. Food was good although it wasn't very warm by the time we received it.

Had grandkids and had great fun despite cold rainy weather. Played Putt-Putt and used indoor jacuzzi.

This was our first visit to Eureka Springs and had no idea of where to stay... I think we really lucked out in choosing Inn of the Ozarks! We had a room with a jacuzzi with a beautiful mountain view. Lots of room and the bed was very comfy! My husband didn't want to leave :) The restaurant was so good... we ate lunch on Saturday, went to our room and took a nap, and was still so full from lunch we didn't even eat dinner that night LOL! Plan to stay there again on our next trip to Eureka Springs :)
