Our first contact was the front desk agent, Stephon. He was genuinely happy to help us. Since we were new to the area, he took all the time to answer questions and give us suggestions. He gave us a map, some pamphlets and the menu (very affordable) for the restaurant. He really set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room was well appointed and spacious. Rate was good.

Staff was nice. It was kinda hard to figure out where the office was. Didn’t know they had restaurant and was doing thanksgiving dinner. Theirs was $28 while the Cresent Hotel had theirs for $43. Room was ok. Smelled like someone had smoked in the room. Also, the refrigerator was not working properly or had been unplugged. The carpet was dark and dreary. Looked dirty to me. Never enough towels. Only three each in large towels. And handtowels and wash clothes. I had to fix the time on radio! A pet peeve of mine, housekeepers make sure everything is working in room, even attempt to have radio time correct by the time guests arrive. Front desk offered to move us. I said no b/c we were tired and just wanted to chill. Other guests kept coming and going out of the rooms all day and night causing my dog to bark at the window. My dog kept waking up hearing other dogs and people do it was a restless night to say the least. The shower was nice. Huge shower head and the hot water was super hot! Eureka Springs always got the best water! Would I stay this Best Western again? Maybe w/o the dog and better carpet and working refrigerator!! And I should’ve ate in the best western restaurant instead of other hotel. Maybe next time. We always stay in Marriott hotels so we expect a nicer atmosphere.

This place had everything! The rooms were spacious for 3 ppl in a 2 queen room. Room was clean and staff is great! In my eyes it’s walkable to downtown- it’s like a 15-20 min walk down hill. Once on the side road to downtown there is a sidewalk; however you have to cross the main road in front of the hotel- but it wasn’t too bad to do! But there great taxis in town to take you to and from if you need.
