Owners are wonderfully friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of the area. Room was delightfully cozy and very clean. Loved this stay and will be returning for sure!

...we had to complain about hair on the sheets, no cable box or remote and no waste baskets. They were all fixed per Kyle, who was awesome and very patient with us. The hotel worked for what we needed but probably will never stay there again.

The website of the hotel said a fridge is in every room.....this is not true. I need a refrigerator for medical supplies. The woman at the front desk said she could get us one in the morning when the maintenance person came in. (It wasn't until after 11) Meanwhile, I had to do my best with ice. The room was ok. Old construction, but updated linens. It has the old window style air/heat control that never shuts off, just blows hot or cold air. Tried to order pizza delivery from Pizza Hut (about a block away)....they don't deliver.....what a joke. Saw some cool shops, but other than that not much of a vacation destination.

I was not expecting much as it was a last minute reservation and the only place in town with a room, or at least on this site, so I booked and took my chances. It was clean, fairly comfortable, but not up to the best standards, like a tube type TV. It did have a mini fridge and microwave and everything seemed to be working, including internet. Less than a mile from downtown, you can catch a shuttle or drive and hope to find a parking space. Would stay there again if on a budget trip. Have stayed in places not as good for lots more. Good Value !

It's a,great hotel for the price. Centrally located to,everything. There, aren't,a lot,of,amenities but,if,u just need,a,place,to,stay while experiencing eureka it's great. Rooms, are nice and spacious

Could have gotten cheaper if I didn't use Online companyRoom charge $43. Online company charges $63. Loud a/c. No sleep. Very poor quality.

I enjoyed my stay here. The cost per night, during the days that my father and I stayed here, was incredible. The room was comfortable and clean. Though, I have a preference for a softer bed (than the one that I slept on). The continental breakfast provided fruit, cereals, bread items, and waffles. My father and I enjoyed the resort's proximity to downtown Eureka Springs. I always had a good experience with the staff here, during my stay. I appreciate that!

My GPS was a bit off on the location, but eventually found it with the help of the hotel staff. Decent room - comfortable and clean. Breakfast was sufficient - juice, coffee and waffle machine. Location puts you right in the middle of the Eureka Springs area.

The Guesthouse is definitely the best budget hotel we have found, and it beats most of the luxury rooms too. We've paid $200+ a night at places that weren't as clean and comfortable. Our room had a fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron, coffee maker, everything you need. The pool & hottub area is set back in a pretty wooded area. We will definately stay here again and look for other locations.

We knew it wasn't going to be great but there wasn't much available at the last minute. On arriving we found out we probably could of got the room much cheaper had we called them directly! So was not happy about that! The place was full of Harley Bikers and was wondering if we were going to be hearing motorcycles throughout the night, but it wasn't bad. Checked out the pool, but it was freezing. The hot tub looked un-clean. Floating stuff in the water. Didn't want to go in! The power went out in the morning while I was in the shower. Couldn't dry my hair or use curling iron . Put make-up on by the window with hand mirror (no lights either) Tried to make the best of it and enjoy the Eureka Springs area, which we did. Only wish the motel experience could of been better!

Our stay at the Rodeway Inn Swiss was great. We were greeted by Judy at the front desk, who was very cheerful. She was very thorough in explaining everything we needed to know. She was very helpful in steering us towards a great dinner within walking distance @ the Rockin Pig Saloon. Our room was clean and very comfy ( better cable tv would have been nice). The pool and jacuzzi was FABULOUS!!!!! We would stay there again and refer friends as well.

Beware of supposedly "non-smoking rooms" -- they still smell like cigarette smoke. Had to Febreeze room frequently. Nasty stains on box springs. Candy paper and sugar packets were on the floor. Spent as little time as possible in the room, which was a good thing. Didn't bother with the meager breakfast offering, instead walked to nearby cafe. Pool and hot tub area was very nice, but lacked upkeep. Location was convenient to all attractions. Price was in line with experience -- You get what you pay for.

Went shopping. went to craft show ate good food. Weather was great. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

It was just a great place to stay for the price and I would recommend the hotel to anyone. No matter where we went we were still in walking or driving distance of our room.
