walls very thin i could hear the guy next to me snore all night and the guys above me party all night pool was a hit!

Customer service was poor. Both during check-in, and at Alice's restaurant. It was as if these two individuals were not trained at all, and not suited to customer service. In short, both were rude. These experiences kind of ruined my stay. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, amenities were nice. I was not there to gamble though. I recommend the hotel hire people who LIKE other people, and who treat them if not kindly, at least respectfully. Both individuals failed in this department.

The room was very nice, beds were very comfortable. Good price for the quality. Most staff was very nice, I just didn't appreciate being told we would be kicked out if we forgot our face mask again. I was told at check in we didn't need to wear them past the lobby, then we get threatened. Also didn't get much sleep because of noisy neighbors. No fridg or microwave was a bummer. Other wise room was nice. Oh, food at Alices restaurant was crappy and very expensive.

Great rooms, friendly staff. Room not ready at check in though

We spent one night here because of the casino. We invested a little bit more to get a room with a balcony view of the mountain... don't bother. The balcony is standing room only and it really isn't a mountain!?! The food in the main casino restaurant was pricey but excellent. The bar/lounge had a jam session going that we really enjoyed.

Poor cell/IPad reception with my service provider.

Huge amount of noise from ancient ice machine down the hall led to rude abusive treatment by failed hospitality employee. Terminated the trip and left the property within 2 hours of arriving. Cheap room freshener odor pervades the room. Air conditioner left off cycles on and has the odor of mildew.

The restaurant options where lacking. Room was very quiet and well appointed.

Nice rooms, friendly staff. Cellular signal was weak but they have free WiFi so that helped.

Spacious room, very clean. Bath & body works toiletries, that was a nice touch since I had forgotten mine. Only negative I can think of was 2 young kids above us, heard them running around all night and then again starting at 5 am...

Hotel was nice. The room was clean and large and even though I was close to the casino it was quiet.

People were really nice here. Prop to the staff definitely recommend this place. Would stay here again!

Good deal at the casino, clean and fast Internet service. Room is very spacious. I will be staying here more often.

I'm sorry about the face covering misunderstanding, we do requiring them to be worn whenever you are inside, unless you are in your room. I apologize if this wasn't made clear at check in. I'll be sure to pass on your thoughts on our restaurant to that department.
