Details- The space is located on the second story and accessed via an interior set of stairs. Parking is on street only and directly in front of the house is metered Mon-Fri 7am-5pm, non-metered zones just a few steps away from the house. We offer a washer and dryer on site for guest use.

Excellent location, we enjoyed walking to good places to eat during our stay. Close enough to the “night life “ that we experienced weekend noises as groups of people passed by into the evening hours We did not do any cooking during our stay but the kitchen appeared very well stocked. A squeegee for the glass shower door would be nice for keeping the shower clean as well as additional places to hang towels for a larger group. Additional mirrors either full length or mounted low enough to use would have been awesome since there were 5 of us getting ready to attend a wedding.

Arcata Gem

Location is perfect for us. Parking is an issue, but easily overcome if you have good mobility. My husband is not a walker so it was difficult for him, but I just dropped him off and then parked. Stairs were an issue. Did not expect two large flights of stairs. Luckily, there was living area and a bed room at the top of the first flight.
