A gorgeous forested setting with sunlight peeking in from every angle, I've stayed here multiple times. I cannot recommend the Yew Suite enough--it is something special! It is placed above the other two very nice suites--Cedar and Douglas Fir so it is 2x as large with windows all around. But the windows are such that no one can really see in. It's a beautiful way to wake up in the morning, like living in a treehouse. With the skylights above the very comfy king-sized bed, you can see the stars lying in bed. It costs a bit more than the downstairs rooms but is so worth it if you can land a booking! Breakfast is always a wonderful event--usually very lively conversation with guests from all over. Delicious menus are prepared outside on a griddle and beautifully served. The coffee just keeps going. Beth and Mark are the consummate hosts; Mark's forest-artistry abounds everywhere as he has a forestry background and built the place from the ground up. Both work very hard, but their lucky guests are the beneficiaries!

Great place for anyone , couples , girls get away weekend family Reunion . We wanted to go to King Estate Winery and did not want to drive far after being at the winery. Beth and Mark are great Host , they have a lovely dog that will come great you but if your afraid or allergic , they will put her away, they have no problem doing that .. Easy to get to right off the main road , you do have to drive up into the property but just keep going you will get there. We stayed in Cedar room , which had a waterbed type mattress, it was very comfortable. had wine glasses, wine opener, refrigerator, desk, rocking chair door to open to the outside and a screen door you could pull and enjoy the fresh air. Breakfast was amazing ,served at 8:30 am Mark's famous potatoes and Beth's famous french toast. we had a great time, they are great host .

We had the most wonderful stay at Lanzarotta Bed & Breakfast, and we cannot recommend this place enough! By far the best place to stay in the area. Perfectly situated near gorgeous hiking trails, wineries, and Eugene (30min scenic drive), the house itself is secluded and surrounded by woods. The house is so unique and beautiful! All wood, extreamly clean, and the room was so comfortable (with back yard access!). We were impressed by the original wood work and various handmade decor. Breakfast is included and it is spectacilarly cooked, so delicious (those truffle eggs- good God!)!! Mark and Beth, are the kindest and most welcoming hosts. Thank you for making us feel like home! P.S.: humming birds and deers added even more wonder to our experience

I stayed here over the weekend with Mark and Beth and had an amazing time! They were so hospitable to me during my stay. I really enjoyed getting to know them and learning all about the region. Mark and Beth are fantastic cooks! Breakfast was amazing. The property that they built is incredible. The bed in the cedar room was so comfortable and I loved how open everything was. Thank you so much for a great visit Mark and Beth! Can’t wait to make it out again

Couldn’t believe that our 2nd time here could top the first. What an amazing, relaxing vacation spot in the midst of a forest. Both Beth and Mark were wonderful hosts. They are so happy to help and are knowledgeable about the area. We stayed in the Cedar Room. It was so comfortable. Loved the patio access, sat out watching the birds and reading quietly in the sunshine. The location is great, close to several good wineries and not far from UofO@Eugene. Breakfasts were very tasty. Delicious with fresh ingredients. Had an amazing time will come back when We are visiting Oregon again.

Had the most delightful stay here this weekend! It far exceeded expectations. The photos do not do it justice. The Yew suite is magical and worth every penny. It really did feel like staying in a treehouse. Beth and Mark were also sooo nice and served wonderful breakfasts every morning. We will definitely be back! This has become one of our favorite get-aways. :)

We spent one night with Mark & Beth Lanzarote at their B&B in the forest and thoroughly enjoyed it. They are interesting and delightful people who make you feel right at home without being intrusive. We stayed in the Cedar Room rather than the upstairs suite because of mobility problems, but found it a very comfortable and attractive accommodation. The breakfast is really special—don’t miss it.

Truly feels as if you are sleeping in a luxurious treehouse. The attention to detail is outstanding (with a quality breakfast). The property is a tree and nature lovers dream. We had a romantic and relaxing time and hope to stay again!

We were greeted by Beth and Mark very warmly and shown to our fabulous Treehouse nest. Everything was high-end from the craftsmanship to minut details and comfort. From the heated floors to the most comfortable king-size bed and dual head shower, I couldn't have I asked for more. Mark's breakfasts were delicious and Beth was always at the ready to make things more comfortable. My husband surprised me with this trip, and it couldn't have gone more superbly.

We selected this bed and breakfast originally because it was close to King Estate winery but found it to be better than anything we could have imagined. Mark and Beth were the ultimate hosts. We stayed in the magnificent “Yew Room”. It is perfect for a couples get away, wedding anniversary or honeymoon. This place provided all of the comforts it promised. It was peaceful, beautiful and quiet. Breakfast with Mark and Beth made us further regret that we could not stay longer.
