Our stay here was great! The house is really nicely done from its fully equipped kitchen to the rooms that have really comfy mattresses (and a Toto toilet in the master bathroom :-) Everything has been thought out. There’s AC and heat in the house and outside, there are fans for when it’s hot and heaters for when it’s cold. And it’s so peaceful with the pine trees, birds, and wind chimes adding to the atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Great place

Everything we asked for and some. The house remodel is really nice. Everything worked and the kitchen fully equipped really helped us during our stay . We were in town of our sons wedding and used the House as a base for our week. We used the outside deck and patio areas to host family and enjoy our down time. We were able to fully relax and enjoy our time. The hosts were great.

Nike Nations 2025

We came down from Washington to stay for Nike Nationals. Our daughter is a student athlete. This home was just that home away from home. Comfy clean and let’s just talk about the deck WOW !! Also enjoyed the wildlife it’s beautiful, Incredibly peaceful out there. This home is one we will return to. We will refer all travelers to this location. It’s set up for infants even with a changing station for those who have babies.

Family birthday party

Fantastic home. Very well stocked with everything we needed. The host was very accessible and answered my questions promptly. We enjoyed Delta Ponds and all of the wildlife that came by to visit. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully remodeled home, great neighborhood

This home was perfect for our visit with our son who is a student at UO. The kitchen had everything needed to make homemade meals every night for our family. The movie room on the ground floor was awesome for family movie nights. We enjoyed using the sauna and walks along the water. We will definitely be back!

Excellent choice!

Having stayed in several VRBO’s, my family ranked this as their favorite! We have almost grown boys and they loved all the entertainment touches. Who knew that foosball would be such an important vacation choice? Sitting on the back deck in the mornings was actually chilly despite being here in 100+ days. The AC kept up with the heat and the house was comfortable at all times. The ability to spread out was a definite plus. Although the overall vibe in Eugene was quite different from the Midwest, we felt totally safe in this residential neighborhood. We went for several walks and adventures and loved this home base. Thank you so much!

High End Extras!

Lovely home, great location. This home has so many high end extras it was hard to leave. We used the banya daily, the upstairs deck is perfect for family dinners and morning coffee. The kitchen is well stocked with staples and all the necessary small appliances. The house was spotless and the beds melt-in comfortable. I would highly recommend this home for anyone. Relax and enjoy yourself, you won’t be disappointed!

Great Deck w View

We were in town for the Eugene Marathon. This house was perfect. Close to downtown, UO, and Alton-Baker Park. Easy access to restaurants and everything we wanted. Our host was great. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We’ll be back.

Amazing space

We absolutely loved this rental. It had everything you would need from items to prepare meals, to things to do, like gamrs and cards. We spent a ton of time on the back deck. Beds were very comfortable. We will use this rental again when we return!

Thanksgiving in Eugene

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. We booked our trip for the week of Thanksgiving and found the home to be comfortable and accommodating for the 6 of us. When we checked in there was a wonderful welcome basket with wine, chocolate and coffee and we were happy to sit with a glass of Oregon wine and enjoy the beautiful heated deck that overlooks the delta ponds. We finished the first night with a 20 minute sauna (right outside the downstairs bedroom) followed by movie night in the downstairs TV room (complete with an ENORMOUS tv and a reclining couch that fit all 6 of us comfortably). We fixed Thanksgiving dinner at the house and had everything we needed for our feast! Then, we closed out the week with the Oregon Ducks football game. Autzen Stadium was a quick 10 minute drive. If you need a place that's close to University of Oregon, you should book this property immediately! You won't regret it! We look forward to our next visit!

Family visit with our UO student

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home . Great location , and neighborhood. The home has very comfortable beds, linens and furniture. The very large screen TV and reclining couch was awesome . We enjoyed the sauna . The kitchen is very well equipped. We loved the outdoor deck with fire table and heaters , as well as the Treager grill . Our host was very responsive and helpful. We hope to return !

Perfect home base in Eugene

My teenage son ran in a track meet in Eugene and we needed a place to stay for a few days. The upstairs has two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, and the kitchen. The downstairs has a large bedroom, bathroom, and a sitting area. That allowed him to have his own space and I could spread out a little upstairs. The kitchen was well equipped, the property was clean and in fine condition, etc. Communication with the owner & caretaker was quick and easy. Since I was having my car delivered to the property, I had more cause to communicate than normal. I would certainly stay here again.

Great Stay

Highly recommend this house. It was exactly as pictured and had absolutely everything we could need on our stay. We stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend and loved the heated deck and large kitchen. All of the little touches were fantastic from the welcome basket to cozy blankets. Will stay here again when we go back to Eugene to visit family.
