Nicky's is a riverfront property along the Fall River less than 5 minutes to downtown Estes Park and the Fall River entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. Nicky's features 22 tastefully remodeled rooms that make you feel like you have arrived in the Rocky Mountains.

This unit features 1 queen bed and 1 full-size bed on the lower level. Featuring smart TVs for streaming, cable TV, wifi and a Keurig coffee maker. All rooms have been tastefully decorated with a mountain and forest theme.

Outside you will have a small patio table with chairs to take advantage of the gorgeous views all around you. An ice machine is available 24 hrs a day just downstairs from your place.

A full-size pool is open during the summer months, along with eight propane BBQs and benches located on the river's edge for your enjoyment. A small putt-putt area, corn hole boards, sports balls and a lighted wood burning pit area is all provided for your entertainment. A full-size restaurant and bar is located just across the bridge next to this property. * You are booking a room that may experience noise from a room directly above you. For this reason, we have deeply discounted this room compared to the room above this unit.
