Loved the area and the hotel overall. The view from our room was incredible! I loved the setup of the room too! Different than most hotel rooms. My only reason I didn't rate all high as the check in was 4 and check out was 10 and for the money you pay I felt rushed.....
The building is new and clean. Great breakfast. Clean pool - towels provided. Friendly staff. Not really walkable, but very close to main street. Have no complaints. Will stay there again.
Excellent breakfast. Immaculate rooms. Would definitely recommend. Also, I'm not handicapped but I appreciated that the showers look easy for someone to use in a wheelchair.

The staff was very unfriendly. I had booked here because the website said breakfast included. At checkin, I was told that I was to get a bag then, and had no choice on what was in it. Most of the items in the bag were things I could not eat or drink. I asked to speak to the manager who said that there was no choice, that all bags for breakfast were the same. A woman who was also checking in stated that she noticed that what had been the Breakfast room was being used for an office for construction. I asked if there could be any consideration for a compensation for not being able to eat what was offered. The manager said "No. There are a lot of restaurants in town. You can go to whichever one you want." I asked him how he would feel in he were allergic to certain foods but I told him that if he couldn't eat it, he would have to pay for it anyway and then go somewhere else to eat. No compromise. This is the worse service I have ever had in traveling on five continents. I asked the manager what the owner's name was and he refused to give it. I called Best Western HQ and told them about it. The young man who answered said that was terrible and asked me to stay on hold for a few minutes. He came back and said that 'the managerment said that "I was free to leave but that I would not be given any refund." I guess I was supposed to be glad that I would not be held for ransom. The Best Western person said that there was nothing they could do, which surprised me.
