The home was beautiful and in a fantastic location with walking access down the hill to downtown and eating establishments. It had a lovely deck and several inside areas for gathering. The house experienced a leak the 2nd evening while we were gone. We called the emergency number as soon as we found the water soaking the mattress downstairs. People staying in that bedroom relocated to a futon. We were happy the house came equipped with this extra sleeping area. We moved the mattress into the garage and tried to take care of the home as best we could, as if it were our own, putting several pans from the kitchen underneath the ceiling where it was leaking. Because it was the day of my son‘s wedding, and many showers, etc. needed to happen for our wedding party of eight, I called at 8:27 AM having heard nothing since the night before. The man on the other end was not too happy with me from his tone and repeated statements that he was going to get up at 8:30 AM and call the plumber. The plumber did come and ran many tests. He thought we had the problem solved so we turned back on the water, as it was off all the night before. However, it again started leaking. The day of the wedding, around lunchtime, the property manager, offered a three bedroom home, stating there was not a four bedroom available. However, since we were all showering/using the bathrooms in the basement, and the time was short until the time we needed to report for the wedding/short beds, we could not.
