The open-concept main floor has vaulted ceilings, breathtaking views, and elegant hardwood floors, ideal for entertaining guests. Stay cool and comfortable all day with our whole-house air conditioner, or step outside and enjoy the deck.
KITCHEN/DINING:
The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, warm wood cabinets, and an ample meal preparation space. It comes equipped with stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. You`ll find everything you need to cook a meal, including spices, condiments, oils, foil & baggies. Recycling is made easy with conveniently placed cans in the kitchen and garage. The dining area boasts a stunning antler chandelier and a `live edge` wood table that seats eight, making it the perfect spot for gatherings and creating memories. Additionally, the breakfast bar provides extra seating for three at the counter.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
Relax on the deck with a book, or enjoy the night sky and mountain air. The deck has a gas grill and table/chairs. Look for wildlife, including deer, elk, bears, coyotes, chipmunks, turkeys, and mountain birds.
FAMILY ROOM:
The lower level has a cozy family room with a 43` Smart TV, comfy leather chairs, and a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. It also includes a second fireplace and a media console with games and toys for kids.
LAUNDRY/MUD ROOM:
The laundry/mud room, located off the two-car garage, has a full-size washer and dryer. Laundry essentials, iron, and ironing board are provided.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
All of our bedrooms feature soft, high-quality linens and pillows, alarm clocks, reading lamps, & a ceiling fan.
The Primary Suite on the upper level boasts a spacious King-sized bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress, a 55` Smart TV, and a fantastic walk-in closet. The private bathroom has a walk-in glass shower, his and her sinks, and storage space for your personal belongings. Enjoy the cool mountain air with the overhead ceiling fan.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 on the lower level have King-sized beds, side tables, reading lamps, and ceiling fans. Additionally, the family room has a Queen pull-out sofa with a memory foam mattress that can accommodate two guests.
All bathrooms have refillable shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap dispensers, hair dryers, makeup remover wipes, and organic feminine hygiene products. We also supply toilet paper and tissues.
The lower-level bedrooms share a bathroom with granite counters, a combined soaker tub/shower, and drawer space for personal items.
PRIVATE RIVER ACCESS:
3 Kings is just a few steps from the Big Thompson River. A half mile of trails where you can enjoy a picnic, spot wildlife, or fish to your heart`s content (License Required). You can follow the path from the Property to Estes Park`s best-kept secret, Coffee on the Rocks. This beautiful coffee/wine house is located by a stunning little pond, offering gorgeous views in every direction. You can feed the ducks, sit on the patio, and listen to live music while enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. If you`re interested in gemstones, Dick`s Rock Museum and the Red Rose Rock Shop are located right next door.
