Nice bathroom. Double beds in an L shaped room with a noisy AC unit we needed in 90 weather. Quiet even the room right off highway. About 3 miles from downtown.

Booked Suite 151. Online details claim room has 1 Queen bed, 2 doubles and 1 queen sofa sleeper. We measured the Queen bed and it was 54’ wide. The doubles were 52’. We had adults and sleeping conditions were therefore horrible because the bed was so small. When I talked to the staff after our first night, I was told nope it’s clearly a queen. There was zero compassion or resolve attempted. We will therefore never stay here again due to the vet poor customer services. We stayed here in 2016 in a King suite. We decided to return even though the hotel is old because on our first visit the customer service and their approach of making us feel very welcome was a plus in my book. At that time I found the hotel very charming and quaint. The pool was dirty and We had no cleaning service. We stayed 2 nights paid over $600 and could not even get anyone to take the trash. It would seem common sense in booking a suite with a large party for more than one night that housekeeping and trash pick up daily would be offered.

Beautiful place. Close to downtown, a short walk to restaurants, stores and 5 minute drive to RMNP. The place has been renovated and the rooms are updated and nicely kept. You have a reserved parking spot right in front of your door. Great place and will definitely come again!

Great location. Staff followed safety guidelines. Clean.

It’s very reasonably priced and close to the park. From the outside it looks like a low budget hotel but the rooms are updated, clean and nice beds

Loved the style and feel of this motel. Usually motels can seem creepy but this one was very nice. The soaps in the bathroom were my favorite part, they were local and organic & smelled so good. The only negative would be no central heating and air and the floors were all tile so it wasn't super cozy feeling. Surely they do that because of all the skiers in the winter, but then wouldn't it just be super wet then for the guests? Anyway, overall, we would say there again :)

It’s the closest property to the National Park. Very convenient and clean. It’s an older property great air conditioning. Updated bathroom nice balcony. Would definitely stay here again for location, price & cleanliness

The hotel looks old from outside, but the rooms are remodeled recently and look new. Although the hotel does not have its own restaurant, it's within walking distance to restaurants and convenient stores. The view from the balcony of the hotel room is gorgeous!

Bathroom is very small - no shelves to put things on or towel rack near the sink

Couldn't figure out how or where the heater control was and it was quite cold in the hotel, but we managed somehow.
