Hotel and room were fine, good hot water and pressure. Staff was good. One recommendation, staff should put a note on the TV indicating which source cable can be located so you don't have to call the front desk.

I was moved to the Hampton because of a extended stay group. I asked about the pool and was told it was a nice indoor heated pool Well the heater was broke but i was not informed of that or would have canceled

I walked into lobby to find one person in front of me to check in. The young man Johnny behind the desk was on the phone ignoring the people in line. Nearly 10 mins later he finally hangs up and starts to help the man in front of me. It was apparently a business account and Johnny did not know how to handle this in the computer. After awhile he says to Johnny to take care of me and he would be back. Then Johnny tried to put me in a room I had not booked. I am disabled and unable to manage stairs in the event of an emergency or elevator not working. I always book a ground level due to this but he tried to put me on the second floor. He was frustrated when I told him I had booked ground level but he did change it. I had walked into lobby at 4:55 and it was 5:25 before I was handed a key card. Got a rolling luggage carrier to use and went to our room. After unloading it my sister parked it outside of the room in a spot that did not obstruct anything. Less than 5 minutes later we left to get dinner. When I opened the door the carrier had been moved directly in front of and against our door. Had my sister not grabbed ahold of me I would have fell over it. Needless to say we were upset about this. As we left for dinner she rolled it back to the front. At check out she let Johnny know how dangerous this was. He had no comment and just stares at us. The whole experience was awful. While room was fine and the breakfast was great I would not recommend this place due to poor service.

Worse costumer service and accommodation

Made a reservation for a wrong city called to cancel and get my refund. They refused and still ask for a review when we had to make reservation at another hotel had the worst night cause they couldn't accommodate us at the same holiday in in another city , or refund our money.

Great place to stay

After traveling through 3 states, it was nice to get checked in. The downside is you have go out due to no places deliver food to the hotel. We love their breakfast choices.
