The shower not working
1. Under bed sheet there was blood stain. 2. No shampoo & conditioner in bathroom. 3. Cockroach in bathroom and kitchen area. 4. Strong lavender pine sol smell.
The carpet through me off, all white sheets are more appealing than the purple. Over all tho not bad for the price
The 1st room I went to the tv did not work and when I went to clean a mess from the floor with a wipe it was black. Dirty filthy floor. Was changed to another room and tested the floor in there. Black on the wipe was worse. Went to the front desk and asked if this is what I am to expect from a room there. They said no and cleaned the floor. At this point I did not trust anything to be clean and was informed cleaning day was Monday. I purposely removes my things from the sink and left towels on the floor Monday. Came back to room in same condition. Already had reservations about the place because the very 1st time I booked this hotel I booked non smoking and all they had was smoking so I went elsewhere. I should've went elsewhere this time. Will not ever stay again.
I had the Same room back in August told them the toilet was very loose and it still is
Staff was very accommodating , room very basic but it works , it's nice to have laundry on site
The Hotel was very difficult to locate using GPS. The sign needs to be fixed. The Air Conditioner was very noisy. The toilet ran continuously. The Bathroom sink was very slow to drain.
Didn't know I had to pay for cooking utensils. Never heard of that before.
Eramos 2 adultos en el cuarto y solo pusieron 1 tohalla en el baño y no habia ni jabon para lavarse las manos. Ademas el pasillo olia mucho a mariguana. Y Al hacer check out nos dijeron q solo dejaramos las tarjetas adentro del cuarto y listo. Algo raro
Es buen hotel pero no cuenta con limpieza de la habitación diaria y eso se me hace muy antihigiénico!! Pero según así es este hotel 👎
