Decent Property that is overpriced and loaded with fees

Pros: Close to major freeways Quiet neighborhood Seemed safe Responsive host Cons: One TV and one couch Beds are not comfortable Washer requires an extension cord to operate, seems dangerous Overall the host was responsive and nice. The property is subdivided, make sure you go to the right place. Furniture and appliances are old and somewhat trashy. Per day cost on top of fees is not worth renting this property.
