We stayed there for one night, beds were comfortable and clean.

There were blood stains on the sheets, something splattered on wall and floor, and the smell was aweful. Our skin even stunk like it after we left. The only thing i can say is they refunded our money without any hassle.

The first room I was put in the bed was light weight and flipped up when I sat on the edge. The second room the bed was hard as a rock and the room had damage done to it and was in needed of repairs. There was also a hole in the wall in the hallway.

LAST MINUTE CHECK IN. GREAT EXPERIENCE. 3 KIDS 2 ADULTS AND A DOG.

Beautiful hotel, amazing service! Great Area! I have no complaints

I stayed at the Red Roof Inn because it was close to where my friends live on the Side of El Paso. I went to them because of the distance of being close to their home and the fact that they have three kids and a small house. My room was nicely cleaned, well kept and very comfortable. This is the second time I stayed at this Red Roof Inn. I was hesitant at first because the last time I stayed there I had an emergency back in Las Cruces and had to drive 2 1/2 hours. When I arrived home, I realized I had inadvertently left some gold jewelry on the night stand during a shower. I immediately called the Manager on duty and asked him to please check the room and hold the jewelry for me. I had left both room key cards on the desk, so he was the only person who could enter the room. He came back on the phone a few minutes later and told me he didn't find any jewelry. As I had someone with me when I left, and they had seen me place the jewelry on the night stand before my shower, I knew that it had been stolen, most likely by that manager. He had the only way to enter that room, I was 80 miles away, and I did not appreciate the fact that he lied about "I didn't see any jewelry". It was my error in being such a rush to return home due to the emergency that I didn't realize that I had left it, but I am more upset that he lied about not seeing it. This trip I didn't take any valuables with me. I would not recommend that anyone who might happen to forget any valuables either put them in a suitcase or don't bring them. These were very sentimental items and their cost to replace them is well over $1250.00. If the staff at this place cannot be trusted, then the company needs to make a change.

Staff was ok. Not rude but not impressive. Lobby needed swept bad! The bed skirt had dried white stuff on it ( I could only imagine what it was) the floor had not been mopped. The fridge had not been wiped out. There was hairs on the shower curtain. The location was good! For the price it needed to be actually cleaned and breakfast should be included. For the price I would not stay there again.

I always stay at this hotel when I am in El Paso because it is at a very convenient location and is dependably well kept. The rooms are nice and the staff are friendly

I checked into my room and immediately noticed my overhead sink light (flourescent) was not working. I called the front desk and tried to reset the light with negative results after receiving directions from them. Since the maintenance man was gone for the day, I said I would make do and remain in the room. However, the front desk operator disagreed with me and immediately found me a room two doors down, not requiring me to move my luggage very far or repositioning my vehicle.

Convenient location and good service for low price

Nice totally remodeled rooms! . Nice comfortable beds.

I recommend this hotel to everyone. I stayed in room 230 double bed. The place has totally been remodeled and looks great!. I was just going to spend the night, decided to spend two nights. Staff is friendly, maid service, I.e. housekeeping is great!, nice clean hotel. Let's keep the good work up, don't forget to tip, tip, tip. After all they are the one's who often get over looked. That said, BOOK IT!...

good value. hotel was located in a decent spot close too freeway.

Passing through, needed a place for the night. Was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the place. Good value for the price, but don't expect anything grand. It seems that rooms were recently renovated, so I appreciated the comfort. The surrounding area of town is a bit sketch in my opinion, but for a one night stay, it wasn't a problem.

No coffee maker in room, toilet paper holder missing. Had one half of toilet paper holder and only ice machine that worked was the one in the lobby. But only needed a bed to sleep on for the night, so the place met the intent.

Awesome location and reasonable prices. It has all the amenities needed for your stay and the hotel staff was courteous.

Overall it was a good place. It was clean and for the money we paid its satisfactory.

and newly renovated, should be 3*, very comfortable bed. Internet wireless spotty as usual in a hotel. Great staff!

Best hotel really clean and price is great. .I recommend to my family and friends

It's a nice place , clean the staff there friendly
