Ask to get the air conditioner fixed was hot all night

Clean. Comfy beds. Relaxing shower. Nice area. Would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom floor wasn't clean, no remote in the room. The staff didn't find one until morning.

Everything was great only downside was they dwn have breakfasts

It was close to restaurants. The room was clean. No complaints.

First stop when I get to el paso to see any vacancies... low prices

Hotel was great. Only problem was when I walked in there was a funky smell to the room, but once I got the air going and opened the window it was fine.

My daughter observed a faint hand print on wall next to mirror. Then she saw drop stains on bathroom wall that looked like blood. Then she thought hand print looked like blood. Then we noticed Men's Clubs and XXX business in the area. We checked out immediately. No way was she/me going to be able to sleep. Guy behind desk was expressionless during debrief...don't know status of refund, don't care.

We got to the hotel 2 hrs after normal check in time. The room was not ready. They asked us for 10 minutes waiting time to get it ready. When we went to the room the bathroom was, aside from horrible looking, dirty, with hair everywhere. The bed was not made, the mattress was full of pee stains. Needless to say we went to the front desk and told them we would not like to stay. They said we had to contact Orbitz to get our money back. When Orbitz (Expedia) called them, they lied and said that they had made clear to us that the money was not refundable. I called the hotel and the lady there even screamed at me saying I had not given them any chance to get the room ready and hanged up on me. Next day the manager called and said he would refund the money to my account. Has been a week and I am still waiting. I called again and they told me the money was not refundable.

Not clean at all the bed was not made, brad crumb on the bed pillows set to the corner as if some one was sleeping there. The trash was not thrown out what so ever. The room was not clean what so ever

I had a room that originally the AC was filthy and asked to be changed due to being a health hazard. He changed my room to what seemed to be a suite so I was quite pleased since it had a fridge and microwave. The only thing was the shower was not draining so I asked to have it cleaned out and it was fine after.

We stayed there for one night, beds were comfortable and clean.

There were blood stains on the sheets, something splattered on wall and floor, and the smell was aweful. Our skin even stunk like it after we left. The only thing i can say is they refunded our money without any hassle.

The first room I was put in the bed was light weight and flipped up when I sat on the edge. The second room the bed was hard as a rock and the room had damage done to it and was in needed of repairs. There was also a hole in the wall in the hallway.

LAST MINUTE CHECK IN. GREAT EXPERIENCE. 3 KIDS 2 ADULTS AND A DOG.

Beautiful hotel, amazing service! Great Area! I have no complaints

I stayed at the Red Roof Inn because it was close to where my friends live on the Side of El Paso. I went to them because of the distance of being close to their home and the fact that they have three kids and a small house. My room was nicely cleaned, well kept and very comfortable. This is the second time I stayed at this Red Roof Inn. I was hesitant at first because the last time I stayed there I had an emergency back in Las Cruces and had to drive 2 1/2 hours. When I arrived home, I realized I had inadvertently left some gold jewelry on the night stand during a shower. I immediately called the Manager on duty and asked him to please check the room and hold the jewelry for me. I had left both room key cards on the desk, so he was the only person who could enter the room. He came back on the phone a few minutes later and told me he didn't find any jewelry. As I had someone with me when I left, and they had seen me place the jewelry on the night stand before my shower, I knew that it had been stolen, most likely by that manager. He had the only way to enter that room, I was 80 miles away, and I did not appreciate the fact that he lied about "I didn't see any jewelry". It was my error in being such a rush to return home due to the emergency that I didn't realize that I had left it, but I am more upset that he lied about not seeing it. This trip I didn't take any valuables with me. I would not recommend that anyone who might happen to forget any valuables either put them in a suitcase or don't bring them. These were very sentimental items and their cost to replace them is well over $1250.00. If the staff at this place cannot be trusted, then the company needs to make a change.

Staff was ok. Not rude but not impressive. Lobby needed swept bad! The bed skirt had dried white stuff on it ( I could only imagine what it was) the floor had not been mopped. The fridge had not been wiped out. There was hairs on the shower curtain. The location was good! For the price it needed to be actually cleaned and breakfast should be included. For the price I would not stay there again.

I always stay at this hotel when I am in El Paso because it is at a very convenient location and is dependably well kept. The rooms are nice and the staff are friendly
