Property is clean and in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. It is close to resteraunts, groceries,and any other services you would need. The house is large and although some have mentioned that the master bedroom did not get cool enough, we were there in early August with temps reaching 105 outside, we had no issues with cooling the house. The furniture is older and a bit beat up, but it had no impact on our stay. I only mention it because some people expect a VRBO to look like a realtor's model home. Nothing was broken and the owner was very responsive. The backyard is basically dirt, but if you have ANY experinece with El Paso, you'll know that it is extremely hard to get grass to grow due to the heat. Regardless, I'd book it again.

The property owner is one of the best I’ve ever worked with. Responsive, friendly and accommodating. The home was lovely and perfect for the 5 day visit in El Paso. I would highly recommend this property when considering a stay in EP.

Quiet mountain retreat

Nice 3 bedroom home. Fully equipped kitchen. Very firm to hard beds so we had to buy foam padding. Quiet dead end street with view of Franklin Mountain - West side, El Paso. Great lounge couches in den, big screen TV. Master bedroom was hot but other bedrooms very cool. Close to restaurants, hiking trails, grocery store.

Family Time

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful. It has such a calming presence. Lots of space for your family, inside and out. The back yard is a perfdct spot for a peace morning coffee. Our host was very pleasant and very responsive!
