The hotel is nine months new and the facility is awesome. The staff is high energy greeting you upon arrival and offering suggestions for dining as well as directions. They have an area for social hour in the evenings with a tremendous breakfast selection every morning. Highly recommend this hotel when you are in the area.

After checking into a horrible accommodation earlier in the day, we knew we needed to find another place for the night. A cousin told me about this brand new hotel and we immediately booked a room online and it ended up being cheaper than the other place! Everything is brand new since it was opened in 2018 so the rooms are equipped with USB plugs which is very handy these days. Very clean, super friendly staff, and the furnishings and decor were beautiful. It was very quiet and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay here again and again.

I physically stayed at the hotel three weeks after it opened, and it was fine. Then, I made a second reservation for the first week in February for three nights. I even did the e-check in. But my reason for needing to stay there (plumbing problems at home) got resolved, so I no longer needed it. I called the Marriott 1-800 number, and canceled the stay. Even though it was past the deadline, they were fine with canceling, and returned my Marriott points to my account. I never set foot in this room, and it would have been apparent to anyone that works at this hotel that I didn’t. I didn’t think anything of it, until I see a charge on my credit card for $66.56. Even if I had actually stayed for the three nights, this stay would have been on points... so there shouldn’t have been any charge, period. So, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I get something in the mail today showing it was reversed, because the hotel manager, Kaylin Singletary, challenged it and claimed I stayed. Saying I never called the front desk during my stay claiming the room wasn’t as described. Well yanno, it’s kinda impossible to do that when I’m not even staying there. They can keep their $66.56 that they stole from me, but I will NEVER stay at this hotel. A pity, too, because it is a nice hotel.

Brand new Hotel that is easy to find on the main drag in El Dorado. Very comfortable rooms and beautiful decor. Near lots of restaurants and shopping and only two miles from the downtown square. Highly recommended.

I have stayed at a Marriott or Hilton property every weekend since Christmas and I will NEVER return to this hotel. I stayed at this hotel the week it opened and during check in, the 3 previous people before me had their card declined and then mine as well. According to the staff there was a computer issue. After a very frustrating 20 mins the front desk clerk finally got my card to work. Okay- I can overlook that but, Unfortunately I left my pillow and called the next day and was told it would be put back since I was returning in 2 weeks. Upon return 2 weeks later, I was greeted by the same clerk who once again couldn’t get my card to process. She did however tell me that she would go get my pillow and that she remembered seeing it there. Since my card wouldn’t work again I asked to speak to the manager who appeared with no shoes on (gross) and told me there was nothing she could do about my card. She was extremely rude and told me it must be a problem with my card. I then asked her while we were waiting if she could get my pillow and she said that she threw my pillow away because nobody called about it. HELLO!!! I talked to the front desk clerk! I left after the terrible experience and stayed at a different property in town. This is brand new hotel but the management is ridiculous. As a Marriott Member who spends almost every weekend in a hotel, I can say I am highly disappointed and will not return to this property.
