The hotel was clean and comfortable. The service by staff was excellent. Downside was that the pool was not ready when we arrived. I believe the 2nd day it was finally ready but a bit disappointing.

The property advertised ethernet and wifi in each room. That is a bold faced lie. This property is good for business travelers that work from their phone. I needed to work from an ethernet connection and wanted to have a good birthday time for my son. I arrived and we had to check my room and another room for an ethernet connection and there was none nowhere except in the business center which required me to move all of my equipment downstairs and lug it back up. The wifi kept going in and out as well. My son finally ended up running his PS5 from the hotspot on our phones. This was a total inconvenience based on false advertising. Additionally, while my son would have enjoyed the pool I would have used the hot tub - which was taped off with yellow caution tape as it appeared to be out of order. The previous ratings raved about the breakfasts as well. The breakfast on the very first morning of our stay was great, thereafter - to make a long story short we either had cereal or ate somewhere else. While most of the staff was amazing, there was one that behaved like she did not like her job. I should have been partially refunded for the false internet advertising and was not. This hotel is NOT for the consummate professional or family outing. This is for the truckers or traveling contract workers that simply need a placer to lay their heads temporarily.

The lobby was very clean and inviting. The hallway outside our room smelled like marijuana. The room itself had a floor lean. Enough to cause me to be concerned about structural issues. There was a stain on one of the bedspread and dirt on the floor around the tub. We informed the front desk about the smell and stucture issues. She informed us someone else complained but they couldn't find the source. The breakfast area did not have anyone tending to it. It ran out of the hot items and we informed the front desk and they went to the kitchen to restock.
