We enjoyed our stay at the Parque Hotel. It’s very close to the high street in El Calafate, with plenty of restaurants and shops which are all within walking distance. Breakfast was the main highlight - there’s a good variety of savoury and sweet foods, as well as local specialties. Our room was clean but unfortunately quite small and so was the bathroom (to the point that you can hardly turn around) so I would recommend a superior room if you’re looking for more comfort.

Great option

Great option to stay in Calafate, right next to the city center but in a quiet street with no traffic. Breakfast was excellent and the amenities, despite being small, where great.

Great property in a great location! We were able to walk the town end-to-end and felt the hotel was very central with lots of dining options nearby. In fact, all of our excursions picked us up directly from the hotel. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The rooms are LARGE, and you will love the breakfast options. My only gripe is in regards to the thin walls. We could very clearly hear everything our neighbors were doing at all hours. There was also some spa-esque music we woke up to a day or two? Speaking of spa, both my husband and I booked massages after long days of hiking. The masseuse did a great job and we both felt relaxed afterwards.

The hotel is located right off Main Street. Easy to find and safe. Bed is very comfortable. No air conditioning. However room was small with tight bathroom. No kleenex. In shower pumps for shampoo not maintained. Breakfast was modest and was the only hotel we stayed at that did not offer cappuccinos/lattes.
