The ideal base for all the beauty, fun and activity that South Limburg and the Euregion has to offer. Within 10 minutes to half an hour you can reach everything by train or car.
In Eijsden itself everything can be found within walking distance: from restaurants, cafes, picturesque streets, terraces, castles, beautiful nature, water fun, fun valley, to a complete shopping center.

AMBIANCE
The property dates from around 1900 and has retained many authentic elements, while still enjoying all the contemporary luxury. That gives atmosphere, cosiness and comfort.

LAYOUT
The big advantage of this group accommodation of 98 m2 in total is that it consists of two fully-fledged apartments that are located opposite each other in the same authentic building. One of these apartments has a large living, dining room and kitchen so that you can group can sit and eat there together, while at other times you can still enjoy the privacy and hygiene of the individual apartments. After all, they both have their own living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms. Ideal for different families, generations, couples, colleagues, teams, clubs, associations or large groups of friends.
The entire building has many authentic elements, such as floors, ceilings, stairs and windows.

Cozy living room (21.4 m2) with a cozy corner sofa, dining table for 4 people and a smart TV in the sitting area. We have a strong Wifi.
In the living room there is a kitchen with a ceramic carbon plate, sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven-microwave-grill combination, sink and sufficient cupboard space above and below.

BEDROOM 1 (3P)
Atmospheric 3-person bedroom (11.3 m2) with a Kingsize box-spring bed (180x200) with pocket spring mattress and extra comfort topper of 8 cm, which guarantees the best sleeping comfort. This room also has a separate 1-person box spring (90x200) with the same mattress and comfort topper, plus two clothes racks. This bedroom is located at the front of the building and has 1 window. The bedroom is accessible from living room 1.

BEDROOM 2 (2P)
Beautiful 2-person bedroom (9.4 m2) with a Kingsize box spring bed (180x200) with pocket spring mattress and extra comfort topper of 8 cm, which guarantees the best sleeping comfort. There is also a clothes rack in this room. This bedroom is accessible from living room 1 and is located at the front of the building.

Atmospheric 2-person bedroom (7.9 m2) with a Queensize box-spring bed (160x200) with pocket spring mattress and extra comfort topper of 8 cm, which guarantees the best sleeping comfort. There is also a clothes rack in this room. This bedroom is located at the rear of the building and has 1 window. The bedroom is accessible from living room 2.

2-person bedroom (7.8 m2) with a Queen-size box spring bed (160x200) with pocket spring mattress and extra comfort topper of 8 cm, which guarantees the best sleeping comfort. There is also a clothes rack in this room. This bedroom is accessible from living room 2 and is located at the front of the building.

BATHROOM 1
Beautiful attractive bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is accessible from living room 1 and is located at the front of the building and has 1 window (stained glass).

BATHROOM 2
Newly constructed beautiful bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is accessible from the hall at living room 2 and is located at the front of the building.

HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING
Each radiator can be individually controlled with a thermostatic valve. As a result, you only heat the rooms that you find necessary to heat and we do not consume unnecessary energy. There is also air conditioning that you can easily control yourself.

WATCHING TV:
Each living room has a smart TV equipped with Chrome cast, which means that you can use your own smart phone as a remote control to watch what you want through apps on your own smart phone. For example Netflix, Disney, Youtube and of course the streaming service of your own TV provider at home, so that you can watch all the channels you have at home. After all, most TV providers nowadays have an app for watching TV for free via streaming, which you can then download on your smartphone.

LOCKS AND CHECKIN
We work with a self checkin system, which is the most flexible for both guests and us. You will receive the lock code by text and e-mail shortly before your arrival and is valid from your checkin date and time to your checkout date and time. You get the same code for all doors.

HOUSE RULES
This is not a party location, it is a stylish authentic building from 1900 containing 5 different holiday apartments that have been furnished with care and an eye for detail. This group accommodation consists of 2 of these apartments on the second floor of this building.
An authentic building creates a lot of atmosphere, but can also be noisy when guests cause noise pollution. Therefore, all guests are expected to be quiet after 10:00 PM and silent after 12 midnight.
It is also important that if you are together in the large living room, the windows at the rear of the building are closed due to noise nuisance for the neighbors and other guests. When it's warm you can use the air conditioning to keep it comfortable.
Parties, smoking and pets are prohibited. Fines or extra costs may be charged for violating these or other house rules .

GETTING AROUND BY TRAIN
As described above, you only have to cross the street and you are at Eijsden railway station: the smallest, most southern and idyllic railway station in the Netherlands. So if you arrive by train at this property, you only have to cross the street to checkin. From Eijsden station you can easily do many daily trips at your destination, without have the parking problems which can have if you do these trips by car (especially the city trips):

- Visé: 4 minutes trip, scheduled every hour
- Valkenburg: 28 minutes trip (incl. 1 transfer), scheduled every hour
- Meerssen: 23 minutes trip (incl. 1 transfer), scheduled every hour
- Liège: 32 minutes trip, scheduled every hour
- Aachen: 75 minutes trip (incl. 1 transfer), scheduled every hour
- Sittard: 44 minutes trip (incl. 1 transfer), scheduled every hour
- Heerlen: 40 minutes trip (incl. 1 transfer), scheduled every hour
Trains run from early in the morning until late in the evening. Check the Arriva travel planner for ticket prices and exact times during the week and on Saturdays and Sundays.

GETTING AROUND BY CAR
If you have a car with you, you can park for free in one of the parking places in the street of this property. From this property, you can reach the motorway A2 within 3 minutes, with which you can drive in the direction of Maastricht, Belgium or Aachen.
