There was never staff at the desk. The breakfast was very sad. Stale bread, rotten fruit, expired yogurt, and the juice machine had mold on the spout. The door safety stopper didn’t work. I had to put a hanger over it to stop the door from opening.

Staff was nice at front desk. We stayed for 2 nights, after first night stay we used towels as well as garbage. When we returned our beds were not made garbages not empty and no fresh linen. Also our door handle was kind of dirty and our bathroom sink tap was sporty and mirror not clean. Beds were super comfortable and pillows were fantastic.

Expected a standard budget hotel (cheap but clean room, sad 'free breakfast') but was still disappointed. Biggest issue is ALL rooms are up at least one set of stairs, and no elevator, and no luggage carts. If you have any injuries or walking challenges go elsewhere.
