We made a booking at a certain price, but a higher amount was charged to the card, and this is considered fraud and scam. When we contacted the company, the response was that these are system errors for which you take no responsibility. I promise you that I will take legal action through my lawyer. Yes, the amount may not be very big, but it is fraud and scam because I booked at one price and found that you charged my credit card a higher price.

Upon arrival there was no one at the desk. It reeked of weed, when he finally came out he was wearing street clothes. Didn’t ask for ID or credit card. Didn’t let us know about breakfast or where it is. Handed us our cards with a post it on them for the room number. Door to the outside was held open by a cinder block we noticed in the morning, not sure if it was like that all night. Very loud when trucks drive by. Beds were comfy but I slept on top of the blankets as there was no mattress covers and the bedding and towels were yellow.

A safe place to stay wih to disturbances. The room was okay. Bathroom very small and very basic toiletries. Some maintenance needs to be done on stairs. Reception never had anyone at the desk.

The beds were decent, and it was fairly roomy in the suite. I found it was good value. The breakfast was just bread to toast, cereal, bananas, oranges, and items like that. But again, for the price, it wasn't too bad.

Great value

Great value for money, esp. at the height of summer when it's hard to find this combo on the Yellowhead. The hallways looked freshly painted, and the bathroom sink, floor and tiling appeared recently re-done. Reception was pleasant and efficient. I was in a balcony room, and the balcony needs some cleaning and refreshing. Overall, though, I'd stay here again.
