Beautiful Home with Hot Tub By Whyte, Hospital and University of Alberta -U of A
Newly renovated 5 bedroom home by the University of Alberta and Hospital. Home includes outdoor hot tub, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen and half kitchen in basement. Guests will have full and private access to the hot tub (not available during quiet hours, 11pm and 7 am) and backyard. Short walk to Whyte Ave, Hospital and University make this an ideal location. We are also located next to the LRT line with plenty of transit options nearby. Home features 3 queen beds with 1 bath shower and 2 walk in showers. Each room has its own Smart TV which is easily controlled through your android device or chromecast. Please note we are a no party home located in a residential quiet neighborhood.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board.
