What some of our guests do not love as much about our listing: - This property is an individual unit in a multi-family triplex so while no space is shared as it has it's own completely separate entrance, there is slight potential for noise from the other adjacent units in the complex, however we have installed sound barriers between the floors and door to ensure the best sleeps possible for each and every guest! - This home does have another suite that is also a short term rental AND there is a possibility that the other suite guests may have pets.
This guest suite comfortably sleeps 6 with one King size bed in the master, one queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom as well as a large double high queen air mattress you can set up in the spacious living room. All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Our suite also has a full sized washroom that is sparkling clean with shower/ tub combination, sink and toilet so everyone can get ready for their day quickly!
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher, other small appliances and wine glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

LOST ITEMS · We are not responsible for items left behind. If you think you've forgotten something, contact us right away and we'll do our best to help. A retrieval or shipping fee may apply.
MAIL & PACKAGES · Please do not use the property address for mail or package deliveries. We are not responsible for any items received at the property during or after your stay.
MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS · We do our best to ensure everything is in working order before your arrival. If something comes up during your stay, please let us know right away so we can address it promptly.

Clean property, hosts were great and easy to contact at all times for any needs! Basement suit was noisy at times depending on upstairs inhabitants, but overall great stay.
We arrived late in the PM so went to bed immediately The next AM we saw there was a door from our "private" apt; which opened into the apt. above us. The door was wide open and neither we (nor the people in the upper apt.) had a key. Called the "host" and asked for a key to be provided.Response was that we should continue with our plans to go out as "only the people upstairs had access" and they had been checked out - required several calls to finally get the key and secure our "private" apt. The next evening (Saturday) we decided to spend the evening watching a netflix movie - only to find after scouring the apt. that we had no remote control for TV. After numerous calls to the "host" we finally received a remote on Monday evening - left in a bag tied to apt. door even tho I had asked that it be delivered when we were in so as to ensure it worked- We did get a message that we should research the internet to get operating instructions. As for cleanliness, I have numerous photos I have taken showing the grease buildup in the fan over the stove, the brown streak of grunge along the bottom of the shower curtain , the buildup of dirt in the window sills, dirty dishes left from previous guests etc. A previous guest mentioned noise from the upstairs apt. - that was a constant issue altho the tenants above were not rowdy. Before leaving I made several attempts to speak with management regarding the issues - but finally gave up and decided they could just read it here.
