The hotel area was great, quite and in a good area. The room was clean and nice! The pool and hotub was great. Might be just because of being on the first floor but I found it loud to sleep cause of the kids in the pool area and running in the floors above us.

There was hair in the bathtub upon arrival, shower curtain was very old and falling apart, can tell the space was heavily used and not renovated in a long time. The staff did give a discount on the stay due to the hair found in the tub.

It was horrible got little to no sleep doors opening and closing through out the night when I asked front desk they replied it’s cleaning staff do night shift completely unacceptable room was a non smoking reeked like smoke literally so bad I had to come home and wash all my clothes in bag also cleaning staff was completely inconsiderate knocking on peoples doors at 6:30 happy I didn’t have my kids with me or wife cause atleast it was just me that got kept up all night
