When we first arrived our key card wouldn’t work and of course we were on the 14th floor, so having to haul our stuff up and down was annoying plus only one elevator was working. When we got back to the hotel later that night there was garbage everywhere and people screaming and yelling . We had a rude awakening from a lady looking for her husband banging on everyone’s door and yelling his name. I don’t think we would stay there again

no room service, you have to go to reception for anything, phones not working, plugs were not working, no complimentary things not even a spoon, even if we asked they said we dont have. moreover the staff was rude the receptionists. Overall worst experience. i dobt know what was in their bwdsheets i got rashes all ober my body... not even me , my sister also. washroom was dirty no single thing was perfect not recommended to anybody to go 1 star hotel
