AviAana 1 Bedroom Basement Suite
A brand new basement suite which is 15 minutes drive from the International Airport and 20 minutes drive from Downtown and has a separate front main entrance in the Edmonton's Newest & Safe Neighborhoods- Allard. It has keypad door lock and is equipped with CCTV, Wi-fi, Prime Video, laundry and Treadmill. The kitchen has all necessary utensils and functional appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great stay
It was a great stay the property is very clean and in a very nice neighborhood. There is a separate entrance although it is not private. The hosts were great to communicate with and the neighborhood is lovely
