Nice Flat
Nice decor, clean and bright. Friendly landlord helped us with key safe, and was very helpful. The flat was clean and comfortable. However, two things: 1) We only switched the bathroom light on once - once was enough- because the loud extractor fan goes on and on for what seems like 15 minutes. We couldn't use it at night, and mostly just went in with the light off using the hall light. 2) If you're booking this for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival it's a bit too far. We had to get a bus there and back every day, at about 25 minutes to the centre. That said, if you're booking this for just a sight seeing break, it is a nice area and there are buses and shops nearby. We enjoyed ourselves.

Cute Spot
The place was well equipped and had all of the necessities. Washer was great to have since we were on a long trip and going elsewhere after our stay. Host was responsive and very nice too, would recommend!
Just love Stockbridge! What a fabulous neighborhood and we thoroughly enjoyed staying in a flat in a beautiful Georgian house. Close to the city center but far enough away to miss the crowds.
Very nice and modern flat providing you with everything you need for a stay in edinburgh. Only the ventilation in the bathroom is quite load but turns out automatically after a little while. 25 minutes walk to the city or short drive by bus. Would defintily recommend it!
