Staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. Rooms were nice and more spacious than your typical UK hotel. Perfect location for tourist.

The breakfast was great, location was perfect. Staff was hit or miss, some were helpful and others were just rude. My one complaint for this property was the cleanliness of the bathroom in the room. If you can overlook that, then you will enjoy your stay. Eat at Whiski across the street.

My main issue was that my otherwise fine fifth floor room overlooked an alley that was party central. The party was till going at 3 in the morning. I sleep very poorly and had to resort to ear plugs. These did not work well. I would not go back to the Radisson unless I was guaranteed a room that was quiet.

Beautiful property in a wonderful location... Rooms are modern and in good condition.. The staff were very helpful...

this is a good hotel to stay in Edinburgh as its right on royal mile and vlose to many restaurants and stores. this hotel is a better deal than the Radisson Coolection hotel also on royal miles. Radissom Blu is 100 bucks cheaper with Better room but no view. i will stay here next time.

Centrally located. Rooms are small but functional offering no special amenities. Hotel caters to big groups and is a busy place. A good four star hotel hotel!

Excellent location. Within walking distance of many eateries. A pastry shop around the corner was sumptuous. Local pub was near by. Excellent taxi service. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, good location, friendly staff, newly renovated

We had a family room and it even had a a small play area with toys and activities for the kids.

My boyfriend and I stayed here during the Hogmanay celebration. The location is perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was small but clean and comfortable. I like a soft bed but this one was too soft as were the pillows. I didn't realize till the end of our stay that the hotel would change the bed and pillows to any preference of softness or firmness you wanted. Crazy! Just wished I had realized that earlier. The shower was my least favorite part of the room. Small and you had to crawl in to turn on the water. The gym and pool looked good but we never used it. I would stay here again for sure.

Clean and friendly.staff was very helpful about area.

Great location and pleasant and helpful staff. Thank you!

We had a 4 night stay and the only negative things were alarms going off in the middle of the night 2 nights in a row. Also was hard to get out of the parking garage we had to buzz the desk and at one point they never answered, we had to back up and go back in to the desk. The breakfast staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable while we were there also the house keepers. Kudos to them!

Wonderful location right on the Royal Mile within walking distance of all city sites. Paid more than usual for us to have that convenience and were disappointed in a room with no view (out on an alleyway looking at a run-down building on the 2nd floor and over the garage. For the price I expected some view.) Hotel staff were always courteous but some did not have proper knowledge of hotel workings....we had problems with the light switches in the room...some controlled all the lights but when a set above the headboard wouldn't go off even the night manager didn't know what was wrong. The day manager then told us the dimmer switch had to be pulled out all the way. Very frustrating night that was..and I had to keep asking for an extra small towel each night. The offered daily breakfast was a plus and worth the extra $ as you didn't have to spend time looking for one elsewhere.

We had a young man at the front desk named Michael that was brand new at his job and was incredibly polite and welcoming. He helped us in ways beyond his capacity at the front desk. He was like our personal concierge, recommending places to see and eat. Every time we had a question he didn't know, he would politely check in the office for clarification and addressed our needs immediately.

great location, clean spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, excellent breakfast buffet

My view, over-priced for an average hotel experience. The staff was only helpful if asked and, even then, not super helpful. My wife left a pair of shoes in the closet by mistake and we are still trying to track them down.
