Very nice place to stay, not to far from the center but reasonably quiet. No possibility to keep luggage after check out, which generally is a nice facility if you need to visit longer at your last day.

save yourself and stay somewhere else

So dirty.. and the receptionist read us (two young female travelers) the exact details of where our room was including the floor and number in front of a number of other travelers, which felt very unsafe. Marketed luggage storage but informed us AFTER we checked out that they cannot store luggage after checkout, directed us to a storage service we had to pay for. Super loud area as well, which didn’t bother us but is something to note.

It was expensive for what it was and the distance from the town.The mattress on the bed was horrendous and could possibility do to be replaced however the girl on reception was very helpful when we needed a taxi or directons we definitely wont be staying again.

Great little nest in Edinburgh!

What we liked best about this place was two-fold: First, we like the big, full kitchen we shared with the other 4 rooms in the flat. We also appreciated the promptness they dealt with any issues we had (the window was broken and wouldn't close, so they changed us to a different room). This place is a dorm, and a dorm is a dorm, but the bed was comfortable, they were generous with extra pillows, and as I said, the kitchen was great.

Very convenient location and staff was friendly and professional. Dorm living, so I felt cramped in the sparse tiny bedroom, but we had a private bathroom, access to a shared kitchen and got to do our laundry, while relaxing in a comfortable common room with couches, books and a tv. Good value.

The stay was exceptionally pleasant and offered great value for the price. The staff was friendly and provided round-the-clock assistance. Laundry services were available at an additional cost. The common areas were well-equipped with games and a television, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

The room was adequate for what my wife and I wanted. The room was 'bare' but clean, the bed could have been more comfortable (too small), with perhaps another chair? But overall, at a very busy time, it was fine. We would use the facility again.

Small room/bed if you are sharing with someone. If you’re going in summer the windows barely open due to safety concerns and is quite hot. However, very convenient for location, best shower pressure I’ve had in a stay location like this and staff was very nice!
