"We were not given prior information about where to get the airport shuttle so we had to call and wait quite some time. That leg of the journey was frustrating. About fifteen parties arrived to check in and the staff stepped up with extra help. Checking in I was offered a closer room for $30 extra but I declined. The property is huge with hallways expanding out in several directions. I had no idea how far I had to walk for the room I was given and it was difficult with suitcases and mobility challenges. It almost seemed like punishment for not accepting the upgrade. Despite the inconvenience, the room was clean, large and quiet. After returning home I found a $2 charge on my credit card for "Tourism Assessment Fee". IDC about $2 but annoyed at the fact that I was not told about this. There are a few places to eat within walking distance and a liquor store to purchase wine to carry on our cruise. All in all, it was a nice place and I would stay there again."

"Location is excellent for staying near the airport and the airport shuttle is frequent and reliable. Hotel staff service is average and our room was not cleaned despite us being out of the room from 10am to 6pm. No apology received when reported to the hotel front desk, but just a “I’ll let the manager know”. No water provided in the room."
