The first thing I look for is hot water which was excellent. Have stayed here before and staff is always friendly. Like the properties convenient location off Interstate 95.

Room was neglected. We got in at 7:50 and no one came to the front desk until almost 8:10…. Room was not cleaned, shower was disgusting with a broken shower head, and toilet was never cleaned either.

The smell was horrible. The room was filthy. The pullout couch was very dirty and stained. Cockroaches were in the room. Tried to move to a different hotel but it was late and other were very expensive because we were trying to book night of.

The hotel was beyond dirty, we wouldn’t even use the shower. An overwhelming smell of air fresheners everywhere.. what were they trying to cover up. Run down and felt like a truck stop. I can’t believe I even paid

Bad - this place is tired and needs a refresh. Thin walls, you can hear EVERYTHING. GOOD - clean rooms, very courteous staff, good breakfast. We requested a handicapped accessible unit and were pleased with the accommodations. No carpeting, which made it easy to maneuver. I use a walker, but for wheelchair users, there is plenty of room to move around. Roll in shower with easily accessible fuxtures. We had a suite with separate bedroom and laundry bing area with full size sleeper sofa.

The hotel room was clean, but the hotel smelled like weed. The bathroom towel holder was fixed with PVC pipe and there was hardly any water pressure. It was an interesting stay. The staff was nice and respectful, but I don’t think we would stay here again.
