Overall this stay was more than OK. In my opinion the only drawback was the fact that cars were not allowed close to the rooms, not even close to the reception. Being very close to disabled myself (but not yet) it was quite an effort to make it to the reception and to get the key for my room. The surroundings are fantastic!

Great place to recharge your batteries

Very relaxing stay at this hostel. Bed were ver comfortable. Room was spacious. Clean and warm. Location was in the middle of a national park away from residential and commercial areas.

A quiet night in Denmark

Just a brief stay on our way back to AArhus airport. A bit out of season, but it was still a surprise to learn we were the only ones for breakfast! That said, the breakfast was lovely and the staff member was polite and helpful

Stedet har den mest fantastiske udsigt over Ebeltoft og Mols Bjerge. Værelset var rummeligt og rent og pænt. Vi kan lide politikken om ingen biler på 'gårdspladsen', men den blev desværre ikke overholdt. Der var også forskel på udbuddet og kvaliteten af morgenmaden fra den ene dag til den anden, hvilket vi undrede os lidt over.

Vi startede med at vente 20 min i receptionen, da personalets telefon var på lydløs. Det tildelte værelse lugtede voldsomt af kloak, så vi blev flyttet til et andet værelse med samme udfordring. Vi blev, sammen med en medarbejder (hvilken fortalte, at de havde oplevet det før) tilbudt et 3. værelse, men her kunne medarbejderen godt lugt, at det var endnu værre end de 2 andre. Enden på det hele blev, at vi fik et Familie værelse med 70 cm senge og et tv hvor højtalerne ikke virkede optimalt. Værelset var dårlig rengjort, for vi fandt snavs og græs under sengene. Vi tog hjem en dag før tid!!! (og kommer der ikke igen)
