Pool was nice
Nice hotel clean in room. Breakfast was good. Downside Was someone litterally defficated themselves in pool area floor and a trail of leading to the bathroom which disgusting obviously. Then told staff of wbat was on the floor and they looked at it and left and mo one cleaned it up.
The stay was fine, the staff was exceptionally polite and caring. However I recommend do not stay on the first floor. The noise was terrible. I was placed next to an outside door and it slammed all night long. The hotel was full with a graduation in the area, so I was left to purchase ear plugs at 11 pm, and then look at another hotel. There is no enforcement as far as quiet time. It is something to consider. Otherwise, if I was in a different spot, it was fine.
We were in town for the Stout Family week. We stayed at Best Western for 2 nights and cannot complain. The breakfast buffet was great, the pool area clean and the room comfortable. All staff we came in contact with were friendly and helpful.
It was a very nice hotel. It had everything I thought I was getting. The only that I would change is the breakfast. It was not the best.

Everything was good except you can hear what's going on in halls and other rooms coughing sneezing etc
