Just 2 minutes from Durand, this property includes a remarkable view of the Chippewa River area and wildlife including deer, eagles, ducks and swans to name a few. Located in Pepin county, minutes away from Buffalo, Pierce and Dunn counties and the Mississippi River.

It's a perfect location for those in the area for hunting, bird watching, weddings, family events or simply looking for a local place to stay and relax. Close, easy access to the Chippewa River, as well as the Pepin County snowmobile and bike trails for outdoor enthusiasts.

You will enjoy a breathtaking sunrise and peaceful views with 700 sq. feet of non-smoking living area, including a full kitchen, dining room, living room, bedrooms, paved driveway and high speed Wi-Fi.

Rates are $160 per night - up to 4 people. An additional $30 per person per night. Two night minimum with packages available for those staying an extended time.
