The listing and the web site were a good deal misleading and this is more a Bed and Breakfast than a hotel. When we arrived the so called free parking in what we thought was the hotels own packing lot turned out to be street packing where we had to buy a dialing packing ticket from the hotel owner. The front door was always locked and after check-in we were given a key. There are some steep steps from the street to the entrance and the owner was good enough to help with the luggage. The lift (elevator) was very small and there were still stairs from the lift up or down to the rooms. Our room is cramped with old furniture and the carpets are old and dirty. The windows have limited openings and with little room for our luggage it is hard to move about the room. There was a side view of the sea and that was nice even though the weather was rough and windy. The bathroom was small, and they had carpets on the floor that were totally unsuitable for a bathroom and they were old and dirty. The old carpet in front of the toilet was looking well used and dirty. The breakfast was a buffet and acceptable and done by the owner who was on his own and trying very hard. All in all, the value based on the price was very poor, but the place appeared as there was a NO VACANCY sign on the window. The owner was very nice and helpful, but it is overpriced, and the rooms need a serious makeover.
