The price charged at the desk did not match the price I committed to on my reservation. I am pursuing a refund of the difference.

We were in a side cabin and it was a little rough. The floor was not level and the curtains were nailed to the wall. There needs to be some clean up around the grounds. The bed and towels were clean. I slept great.

Run down property. Upon arrival we were informed they had booked us at their sister propertu 20 minutes away in Browning. Very disappointing as we did want to stay there. The Browning motel was run down , the window was plastic wrap!! Unsafe, loud, dogs running loose. Toilet didnt flush, wifi not working. We left at 830 pm.unable to stay

There was hair and toothpaste in my he sink, the linens were stained, there was no air conditioning, the floors were filthy, the couches smelled and were severely stained, the yard was overgrown and unkept, in general th house was terrible and the management impossible to get a hold of. By far the worst experience any of us ever had

This property was the worst hotel experience I’ve EVER had. Lobby closed due to Covid not a problem But being locked out, cleaning staff locked out, telling us it hadn’t been cleaned, suddenly finding the key and saying it was clean was too much for me. We left and found another place to stay. Pictures on line look nothing like the actual place

I stayed at the cabin which is not at the same location as the motel. Nice little house. The manager is very responsive by phone. Unfortunately, the breakfast, which was in the refrigerator, is not good for vegetarians.

We were booked into the motel. Upon arrival we found the unit to be very noisy from other guests arriving. My husband did not feel he would be able to sleep because of the noise. Walls seemed very thin. The manager very kindly found other guests to take our room and agreed to refund our money.

Good Inn with cleanliness and breakfast available entire day

I would never stay in East Glacier again! This mini hotel...if you can call it that..was way overpriced and offered no amenities. Location was bad right next to active railroad tracks with trains passing all night. Room so tiny could barely move. Extremely compact shower stall...if you are larger than 5’2” and 115 ponds you probably won’t fit in shower. Never again!

Great Place to stay, for the price and location in Summer

Very disappointed with the room. It was very small. The shower, no tub, dripped and the walls were held up by screws. There was no TV remote, shampoo, coffee maker and coffee and no hair dryer. The carpet was dirty. This room needs an update.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff was very nice.

Small old redone overpriced hotel. Uncomfortable bed. Have breakfast but only one table with 3 chairs. Lobby very small

We were asked to go to another of their hotels because they were overbooked. The check in person was very rude, did not even say sorry or explain the situation. The hotel room itself was no bad.

Our room was freezing cold with no working heater. Staff gave us an antiquated space heater which blew all the circuits on one side of the room. Staff did not know how to work oil burning heater so called maintenance who took two hours to arrive, could not get the heater open and appeared to know little about it. I was not sure of our safety so we left and stayed elsewhere. Am waiting to see if our credit comes thru.

This motel is quite old and in an industrial neighborhood with abandoned buildings and packs dogs roaming the streets. It was very over priced for what we got. We couldn't even get a cup of coffee in the morning because the office was still closed when we left about 7:00 am. We will not stay here again.

the outside is cute but not the inside. we stayed in room 14. the carpet was ripped up in several places and had spots. the floor was uneven so in the bed we felt like our legs were higher than our heads. the sink drain was missing a cover so if anything fell down it, it was gone. I was looking for a hairdryer in the sink drawers and found a rat trap but no hair dryer. the shower was needing repair and the bathroom floor looked like it had mold underneath and did not need to be walked on.
