The location was convenient, hotel was clean and we loved the pool and spa. The nighttime noise was significant due to the freeway being pretty close. If we stay here again we will ask for a room at the other side of the complex.

The hotel has a pool and hot tub which is good for family while it is still an old hotel. It is noisy and I can clearly hear people talking about their plan next door. The pool is good until something sharp cut my toes. I was bleeding and went to the front desk. They provide me bandage but when I say they may want to notify the others about this around the pool, they just said “ even we send a notice, no one will hear us and we cannot do anything”. This is surprising that many kids are playing and this hazard is being neglected.

Really enjoyed my time here. The restaurant, bar food, and staff were great. We had an issue with our toilet and that was taken care of immediately. The grounds and location were very nice.

Have frequented this hotel over the years when visiting Mt.Shasta. Overall it is a good place to stay with lots of amenities i.e. indoor pool and hot tub, restaurant and bar. It is a little outdated though, a few usb ports for charging phones and devices and none of them worked.But overall one of the better places to stay in Mt. Shasta.
