The friendly staff and easy communications make this stay lovely! The hotel isn't cookie-cutter, but has the amenities of a Best Western. Love that! Great location from the Ski Park and the town of Shasta is cute!

Room needs an upgrade. Didn't seem clean (carpets) Bathroom was tiny and toilet so low and small. Lotion was tiny and not worth putting out. Everything was old and squeaky. Could hear people stomping around above and next door. Doors need a fix. Staff friendly. Gave us summer blankets for extras and we were cold.

Staff was great, room was clean, the restaurant was trying to get home (45 min till close.) and they served raw chicken. We don’t normally say something, but we did. They remade it but still didn’t eat because I didn’t trust it. They comped us the chicken but they should’ve comped the whole entire meal. Other than that, it’s a great place! Maybe just eat somewhere else!
