We loved it. We have been to a few hot springs over the year. It one was the best so far. We don’t like drunk people who over take the pools and make it hard to enjoy the Peace. We had no kind of problems like that here. The rooms were awesome. Views are beautiful. The dinner at was wonderful so was their breakfast. Thank you for a wonderful time. We will visit again, hopefully a longer stay.

Loved our stay! What a great resort for soaking in the hot pools and enjoying a slower pace.

Overall my stay was very pleasant. The room was nice, and the amenities were fantastic! I did have an issue upon check-in because I booked and paid for my stay online and the front desk tried to charge me a second time. Once we got that figured out we enjoyed our stay and left relaxed and refreshed!

Wonderful place to get away!! We have been coming for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else

Appropriately maintained family resort. Pool is well laid out and managed. Lifeguard said OK to bring food, but manager lost his sh*t about room service plates on the deck. You don't need to drain the pool for a plate that may have (but didn't) break.

The place is way too overpriced for what it is. Furniture, tv, bedding in the room were outdated and old. The room was not not clean, stains on the carpet, dust everywhere. Same was bathroom, the sink was clogged, bathtub didn’t drain properly. It was a busy weekend. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were not friendly. They were out of towels in the hots springs all morning. Be prepared for extra charges!!! water bottle in the room ( $3!!!), the slide in the hot springs is not included in the price. Overall not a good experience.

The food was inconsistent and mediocre at the best. The beds were not comfortable.

Loved the 24 hour access to the pools. The breakfast wasn't that good & the service was slow, forgetful.

Every thing was nice, very clean room, Meals & drinks were reasonably priced!!

Not able to control either thermostat in our king suite #112. No bathroom fan. Very noisy doors slamming and lacking noise insulation in walls. The value wasn’t there for $328 a night. It was clean and the pool is nice.

Kayaks & paddle boards included was very nice especially at no extra charge.

It’s incredibly beautiful. The staff is accommodating in every way possible. The spa is stellar.

Great place. Highly recommend! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Very nice, family friendly but comfortable for those of us without young children . Good meal with excellent service in the restaurant. Our wait staff, Kassandra, made our meal even more special.
