Restaurant short staffed, meals took long time. No coffee in comin areas, you had to buy coffee....Never seen this befor,,, And wait for it because of the short staffed Restaurant. Dissapointed that there was a charge to go down the slide.

Limited pool access

Great place to stop while driving between Yellowstone National Park and Glacier National Park. Loved the pools.

We loved the hot springs. We felt the rooms were kind of old and worn for the price. One of the beds was in really bad shape. We loved th hot springs. Definitely worth it for that alone.

I was disappointed in my stay at Fairmont, which used to be one of my favorites when the kids were little. First off someone pooped in the pool which took away 3 hours of our pool time which sucks because we only had 6 hours total, due to everything closing at 10pm due to "covid". One of my favorite things was the pools being open 24 hours. Also, drunk old men being gross around my 5 15 year olds while there celebrating a birthday was disgusting. The following morning we went to breakfast where it took over an hour to even recieve our food and we were thr only table in the cafe. Lastly, I was yelled at in the parking lot on my way out by another drunk man, and this was at noon. I understand a lot of this is out of their control but for 500.00 I will never go there again. Not worth it.

We loved it. We have been to a few hot springs over the year. It one was the best so far. We don’t like drunk people who over take the pools and make it hard to enjoy the Peace. We had no kind of problems like that here. The rooms were awesome. Views are beautiful. The dinner at was wonderful so was their breakfast. Thank you for a wonderful time. We will visit again, hopefully a longer stay.

Loved our stay! What a great resort for soaking in the hot pools and enjoying a slower pace.

Overall my stay was very pleasant. The room was nice, and the amenities were fantastic! I did have an issue upon check-in because I booked and paid for my stay online and the front desk tried to charge me a second time. Once we got that figured out we enjoyed our stay and left relaxed and refreshed!

Wonderful place to get away!! We have been coming for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else

Appropriately maintained family resort. Pool is well laid out and managed. Lifeguard said OK to bring food, but manager lost his sh*t about room service plates on the deck. You don't need to drain the pool for a plate that may have (but didn't) break.

The place is way too overpriced for what it is. Furniture, tv, bedding in the room were outdated and old. The room was not not clean, stains on the carpet, dust everywhere. Same was bathroom, the sink was clogged, bathtub didn’t drain properly. It was a busy weekend. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were not friendly. They were out of towels in the hots springs all morning. Be prepared for extra charges!!! water bottle in the room ( $3!!!), the slide in the hot springs is not included in the price. Overall not a good experience.

The food was inconsistent and mediocre at the best. The beds were not comfortable.

Loved the 24 hour access to the pools. The breakfast wasn't that good & the service was slow, forgetful.

Every thing was nice, very clean room, Meals & drinks were reasonably priced!!
