Very disappointed with our experience. Check in was easy and the room itself was amazing. However, remote for air conditioning did not work. WiFi network listed on the front door did not exist with no other WiFi information provided. No one at the front desk and no one would answer me through the Hotels app. We just wanted to leave our luggage for a few hours before catching the train but that was impossible with no one around to speak to and reception locked. Certainly an inexpensive stay and again the room was amazing, but it was surprising for some of these basic amenities to be not working or unavailable.
